For larger pieces (more than 10 performers in Kilbourn Hall or more than 8 performers in Hatch Recital Hall), complete and return a Large Ensemble Request form to the Concert Office THREE WEEKS before performance. The Steinway(s) may reside on stage during any student recital in Kilbourn Hall or Hatch Recital Hall. Student degree recitals that require use of 2 pianos are not allowed in Hatch Recital Hall. Use of school percussion equipment must be requested and arranged directly with Prof. Michael Burritt. Use of Harpsichord or Positiv Organ, and prepared piano or piano lid removal requests require submission of a signed Instrument Request Form to the Instrument Office (ESM 505) THREE WEEKS before the performance. You must bring the yellow receipt to the Concert Office as proof of payment in order to begin proofing your program.
