Book Sale on Nov. 21, 2015 starting at 9:30 AM at the OBCGS Library Sale includes tables with $1, $3 and $5 books, individually priced books and a Silent Auction for some really special hard to find books. The sale starts at 9:30 and the Silent Auction ends at noon. After our membership meeting from noon 2:00 pm the remaining books will be for sale until 3:00 pm when the sale ends. The sale is open to the public. There is plenty of parking in front or the rear of the building. For the Silent Auction, phone in bids will be accepted on Friday, Nov. 20 from 9:00 AM till 5:00 PM only at 828-243-1891. Submit your highest bid at that time. During the sale, our auction monitor will enter bids for you as needed until your maximum bid is reached. If you win the item you will be notified and you will need to have your payment to us by 4:00 PM on Monday, Nov. 30, 2015 or we will award the item to the next highest bidder. The list below gives title, authors and ending times for several batches of books in the Silent Auction. All proceeds of this sale go to benefit the Library operations.
