From award-winning filmmaker Stanley Nelson (Wounded Knee, Jonestown: The Life and Death of Peoples Temple, The Murder of Emmett Till) FREEDOM RIDERS is based on Raymond Arsenault's book Freedom Riders: 1961 and the Struggle for Racial Justice.
