Article 74 tipulate that public broadcater are obliged to produce and tranmit radio and/or televiion broadcat with new, cultural, art, educational, cientific, children, entertainment, port and other enuring the exercie of right and interet of citizen and other entitie in the information ector. Public ervice implie autonomou and independent production, editing and broadcating of not in the ervice of political, economic or other lever of power; informing the public in an objective and timely fahion of political, economic, cultural, educational, cientific, port and other major event and occurrence in the country and abroad, a well a production and broadcating of intended for different group in ociety, free of dicrimination, particularly taking into account pecific ocietal group uch a children and the young, member of minority nation and other minority communitie, peron with diabilitie, ocially and health-diadvantaged group, etc. Public broadcater are obliged to cherih public communication culture and linguitic tandard; to produce and tranmit expreing Montenegrin national and cultural identity, and cultural and ethnic identity of minority nation and other minority communitie; and to produce and tranmit in language of minority nation and other minority communitie within the area where they reide. Puruant to Art 76 of the EML, the type and cope of all public ervice provided by the public broadcater are to be et in an agreement concluded between the local elf-government unit and the local public broadcater. Apart from the requirement et in Art 74 of the EML, it alo identifie the intended to foter the development of cience, education and culture, information made available to peron with hearing and viual diabilitie, a well a the one provided in language of minority nation and other minority communitie. Methodological framework Aiming to check conitency in oberving the reported tructure, the AEM ent a requet 2 to Radio Televiion of Montenegro to provide the updated verion of the following document: 1) the bae, by providing the overview requeted in the chedule attached to the requet. Thi mean that if the ame wa broadcat on TVCG 1 a a premiere, and the firt rerun wa aired on TVCG 2, the given wa regarded a in-houe production of both TVCG 1 and TVCG 2. Baeline data The national public broadcater Radio Televiion Montenegro (RTCG) ha been granted the following broadcating licence: - Licence O-TV-J-01 for TV Montenegro 1 (TVCG1); - Licence O-TV-J-02 for TV Montenegro 2 (TVCG2); - Licence O-TV-J-03 for Satellite TV Montenegro; - Licence O-R-J-01 for Radio Montenegro 1 (RCG1); - Licence O-R-J-02 for Radio Montenegro 2 (Radio 98).
