Licensing Options C.E.E.O.L. can be licensed through an annual subscription. We offer a range of licensing options designed to meet different library needs and circumstances. Choose between unlimited access, package license and consortia access. The license fee is based on Full Time Equivalent (FTE) enrolment for your university. 1. The Unlimited Access License grants unlimited access to all the full text articles (PDF format) of the periodicals at for educational, research, and personal use by the individual user, respectively the institution, faculty, staff, students, alumni, library patrons and other authorized users of the institutional network, for one year. 2. The Package License provides access to a certain quantity of downloads (articles) per year. This model is recommended for institutions that do not need access to the entire content of C.E.E.O.L., but for example only to documents in a particular language or from a certain domain. 3.
