Journal of the Royal Library of Belgium is a peer reviewed scholarly journal devoted to all fields of scientific research regarding the Library s collections and activities, including manuscripts, books, prints & drawings, maps, library and information sciences, the history of texts, literature, numismatics and the history of music. Notes for contributors. We welcome papers written in an international language. All contributions should have a connection to the collections of the Royal Library of Belgium, and no short notes or book reviews are published. Contributions should be sent for approval to one of the members of the editorial board. Please contact us before finalizing footnotes and plates. The deadline for each volume is June, so manuscripts should preferably be transmitted to us by the end of May at the latest.
