The Introduction of your article contains a clearly defines objectives. In addition, a brief overview of general knowledge about the problem aspects of the determined by the title of article. Theoretical background (issue) of your paper contains a literature overview of general and specific information about previous theoretical and empirical researches about the problem aspects of the determined by the title of article. An extensive overview of the research problem in your paper is supported by relevant references and citations. Your paper can include a segment with Research methodology and hypothesis formulation.your paper can include also a segment Discussion of research results and recommendation for managers, scholars, policy makers, etc. The research results are valid with the respect to the relevance of the methodology applied, conclusions, and recommendations. Conclusion illustrates the research results, research limitations, findings and recommendation showing what is new and giving suggestion for future research. The references used are up-to date and the format of the citations is given in this Template and preparation guidelines. The paper gives contribution to economic theory and practice and social isssues. It is interesting and relevant for local and international readers.
