INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE PUBLICATION OF MANUSCRIPTS Authors who participate in the Congress and wish to have their paper considered for publication, must send the final and complete text of their paper, as well as images to be published, following the following instructions. DEADLINES: The deadline for submitting the text s draft so it can be considered for publishing will be the 5 th of September, 2016. The deadline for submitting the final texts of papers that, after their presentation, are selected for publishing will be one month after their acceptance. LAYOUT SPECIFICATIONS: Language: The texts must be unpublished and be written in Spanish or English. For texts in other languages, please contact the publishers. Extension: The complete text must not be longer than 5000 words, including abstract, key words, in English. Images: The maximum number of images to be included in the text is six. The pages with the image s captions will be incorporated at the end of the article, and will not count for the extension limit. text. Margins: The left, right, top and bottom margins will measure 2,50 cm. There will not be header First page: The text s first page will follow the following structure: TITLE CENTRED IN CAPITALS AND BOLDFACE (TIMES NEW ROMAN 12) NAME AND SURNAMES (CENTRED, IN SMALL CAPITALS, TIMES NEW ROMAN 12) Author s current institution (centred in italics, Times New Roman 12) Abstract: Keywords: 3-5 words. 1

Layout of the text: The general layout of the whole text will be as follows: Font: Times New Roman 12. Line spacing: 1,5. Text alignment: justified left and right. Blank lines must not be used between paragraphs. Indentation: 1 cm in the first line of each paragraph. Words in other languages: Words written in languages different to the one used in the text, whether they are Japanese transcriptions, words in English, French, etc. must always be in italics. Double vowels: For words with double vowels, these will be indicated using a circumflex accent (^), and the double i will be transcribed as ii. Kanji and kana: If ideograms or words in kana are used, they will be written using the font MS Mincho 12. 日本のボックス. Titles of sections and sub-sections: Titles will be separated from the previous paragraph with a blank line, but a blank line will not be used to separate it from the following paragraph. Their format will be Times New Roman 12, bold, small capitals, and they will be numbered as follows: 1. -------- 1.1. ------- 1.2. ---------- 1.2.1. ---------- Quotes: Quotes of up to four lines will be incorporated in the main text, indicating them by using Latin quotation marks («---»). If quotation marks need to be used within a quote, inverted commas will be used ( ). Longer quotes will be incorporated as an independent paragraph, without quotation marks, with a general indentation of 1 centimetre, the first line with 1 centimetre indentation, and separated from the previous and next paragraph with a blank line. Omissions in any type of quote will be indicated with three dots inside brackets [ ]. Foot notes: Footnotes will be identified with Arabic numerals, and their text will be in Times New Roman 10, with simple line spacing. 2

Images and captions: Images, in jpg or tif format (min. 300 p.p. max. 2 Mb) will be indicated in the text as follows: (Fig.1), (Fig.2)..., placing these references in the appropriate place. Each image caption must indicate, if applicable, the author of the work reproduced, its title, date, technique, measurements, and location. After the data relative to the artwork, graph, etc. the name of the author of the graphic document will be indicated and/or the source from where it has been retrieved. Bibliographic references: A bibliography section will not be incorporated at the end of the text. Bibliographic references will only appear as footnotes. Archival sources: In the case of unpublished documents, they will be cited in the footnote as follows: Name given to the document [document's acronym which must replace the full name after the first footnote], source or registry, year, document identifiers such as volume, folio, etc. (place where the document was issued and date, using roman characters for the month). Citation of a work previously mentioned: The following abbreviation must be used: Author (surname and name initial in small capitals), Title, if it is a book, or Title, if it is an article (only the first words), op. cit., pp.- If a bibliographical reference coincides exactly with a previous one, it can be indicated as follows: See footnote nº.- If the bibliographical references to the same work are consecutive, it can be indicated as follows: Ibidem. Authors are requested to strictly follow these indications, as failure to do so may cause the article not to be published, even if it had been previously accepted. HOW TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS: 1. The text to be published must be sent as a Word file with the following name format: TEXTO-authorname-firstsurname-secondsurname.docx, without dots and each section separated with a hyphen. 2. If images are included in the text, they will have to be in jpg or tif format (min. 300 p.p. max. 2 Mb) and each one numbered following their order of appearance in the text. The name of the files will be as follows: FOTO-01-nameauthor-firstsurname-secondsurname.jpg, FOTO-02- nameauthor-firstsurname-secondsurname.jpg, etc. 3. The image captions will be indicated at the end of the article, in a separate page, preceded by their number in the following format: Fig. 01. Caption text, etc. 4. ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT YOUR PAPER HAS BEEN ACCEPTED FOR PUBLISHING, you will have to send without exceptions a signed document indicating that the author has all the rights for the reproduction of both texts and images that they wish to incorporate to their article for publication. 4

This document will be named as follows: DERECHOS-nameauthor-firstsurnamesecondsurname.docx. SENDINGS INSTRUCTIONS: The aforementioned files have to be sent to comunicaciones-aeje@aeje.org before the deadlines mentioned above, indicating in the email s subject: TEXTO COMPLETO Y FOTOS DE Name and surname. It is very important to indicate in every case the name and surnames, to avoid any confusion between participants. Authors are kindly requested to carefully proofread their text, even by using the text editor spellchecker. 5
