Out of Darkness: Cleveland Like the BBC film series "Sherlock", the story will unfold in four 90-minute movies beginning with the first episode "Que, Sera, Sera". Emmy-award winning writer Alex P. Michaels takes us into an alternate (yet familiar) timeline in which "Cleaveland" faces an epidemic of sordid crime ABOUT THE FILM SERIES under the institution of President Joseph Franks' militarized police reform Federal Officers Resisting Criminal Elements (FORCE) Act. A young Latina police officer becomes a part of the FORCE and deals with unethical supervisors, an intricate sex trafficking case that has overtaken her city and a senator who has come to town to shut down the FORCE after a shooting incident. The mysterious shadow devouring the evil within the city begins to muddy the waters between good and evil, reality and nightmare.
RELAUNCH "Out of Darkness: Cleveland" is a relaunch of Alex P Michaels' original series "Out of Darkness" which was sponsored by local businesses and syndicated on national TV for Dish Network and on the local Time Warner Cable station, in addition to 300,000+ views online. REBOOT "Out of Darkness: Cleveland" will be Alex P Michaels' first SAG production and will include Hollywood stars as well as local cast and crew. Each film in the series will have a cinematic look and sound that will be appealing whether it's screened at a movie theater or on a computer tablet. REVIVE Cleveland is on track to become a popular hub for both the Hollywood and Northeast Ohio film industries. According to a 2015 study from Cleveland State University, increased media sector activity has added $400mil to the economy and created 1729 full-time equivalent jobs since 2009.

Michaels first SAG Production, Que, Sera, Sera, the first installment in nearfuture crime noir series Out of Darkness: Cleveland. SORAYA PADRAO New York-based actress Soraya Padrao, known for Anomalous (2016) and La Herencia Valdemar (2010) as well as performing on stage for the Spanish Repertory Theatre, has been cast as Agent Teresa Maria de los Angeles ("Angie"). The story is shown mostly through her perspective. T H E N U M B E R S economic impact The filming of the first episode "Que, Sera, Sera" will add an estimated $250,000 to the local economy and create an estimated 250 jobs throughout the 20-30 days slated for filming between December 2016 and February 2017.
