We ve welcomed so many incredibly talented artists and musicians to the island and our own Mull Theatre have taken shows to packed venues across Scotland, picking up fantastic reviews along the way. We are delighted to have secured regular funding from Creative Scotland over the next three years. This security is great news for Mull, Argyll and the communities we visit across Scotland and we can t wait to share our future plans with you. We re as busy as ever behind the scenes over winter. 8 MULL YOUTH THEATRE For five years Mull Youth Theatre has offered children the opportunity to learn and grow in a fun environment. The company currently has 42 members 8 18 years old and under the direction of Andi Stevens has performed a variety of productions, including A Midsummer Night s Dream and Pan. They ve performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and in bi-lingual co-productions with a French youth theatre company. The young actors value the chance to work in a professional environment, to meet visiting artists and play small parts in professional productions. They gain a great insight into the range of roles in the theatre. But most of all Mull Youth Theatre is about the buzz, the feeling and the fun.
