Hawaii Youth Symphony presents the JULY 8-17, 2016 University of Hawaii Music Department & Roosevelt High School Auditorium

RULES AND REGULATIONS We expect attendees of the Pacific Music Institute (PMI) to behave in a manner that respects the rights of others and brings honor to the Institute and dignity to themselves. Because we are guests at the University of Hawaii Music Department and Roosevelt High School Auditorium, please remember to leave any area in a condition cleaner and more orderly than you found it. In addition, please adhere to the following rules, as agreed upon on your Registration Form: Attending all functions is mandatory. No smoking. No gambling or stealing. No selling, possessing, consuming, or being under the influence of drugs, narcotics, hallucinogens, or alcohol. No socializing with outside guests during workshop hours. No texting, phone calls or use of any electronic devices during rehearsals. In any case of misconduct, Hawaii Youth Symphony will enforce immediate disciplinary action, which may include expulsion from PMI and forfeiture of all fees. DAILY CHECK-IN Students are expected to check-in each day when arriving. Parents will be contacted if a student is absent without prior notice given to PMI staff. University of Hawaii Music Department: Check-in will be located at the courtyard, near Room 108 (Band Room). Roosevelt High School Auditorium: Check-in will be located at the loading dock area behind the auditorium. THINGS TO BRING EACH DAY Instrument and any necessary accessories Music Music Stand Pencils with eraser We encourage you to bring your own snack and/or drink.

Parking is available in the parking structure on the weekdays and the Music Department on the weekends. HYS will not be held liable or responsible for any parking citations.
