ORDINANCE NO. O - - 2013 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 6, ENTITLED MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF FOREST PARK WHEREAS, in the opinion of a majority of the corporate authorities of the Village of Forest Park (the Village ), it is advisable, necessary and in the public interest that the Village amend its Municipal Code with respect to the regulation of municipal parking lots and permit parking lots for parking of motor vehicles within the Village. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Village Council of the Village of Forest Park, Cook County, Illinois: Section 1: The facts and statements contained in the preamble clauses to this Ordinance are found to be true and correct and are hereby adopted as part of this Ordinance.
