Setup and tear-down in between each band should take no more than 10 15 minutes, so the concert should not run any longer than 3:00 PM. * Take all luggage to designated room at the hotel, take your instrument and music to FSU (you will not need a folding stand). Please note that there will be no bus shuttle back to the hotel after the concert, therefore if you are flying out of Tallahassee, you need to bring your luggage with you to the concert, and store in your designated area (see below). Band directors will be admitted to the final concerts for free with a Tri-State Director s ID badge. Without a badge, admission to the concert is $5.00. Note: Announcements will be made at the end of every rehearsal it is important that students listen for these announcements for possible changes to this schedule. This schedule is your guide to everything going on this weekend. Fleming: ***Concert Logistics by Band*** (In Performance Order) 9:45 AM Leave hotel for warm-up in RDA (sound check at 10:00 AM) Enter through performer s entrance. Drop off cases and luggage (if going to bus station/airport) backstage. 10:00 AM Move to stage as Howes Band exits. (Sound check on stage Leave instruments on stage at the end of sound check).

Exit via loading dock backstage report to COM Breezeway 10:35 AM Depart for banquet 11:00 AM Banquet at Tallahassee-Leon County Civic Center 12:30 PM Depart T-LCCC for RDCH Enter through performer s entrance 12:50 PM Move (in rows) to stage 1:00 PM Concert begins 1:30 PM Pick up cases/luggage from backstage, and depart via loading dock backstage (approx.) Howes: 9:15 AM Leave hotel for warm-up in RDCH (sound check @ 9:30 AM) Drop off cases and luggage (if going to bus station/airport) in LRH. Move to RDCH house seats (sit in ensemble rows) 9:25 AM Move from house seats to stage (by ensemble rows) once Barber Band finishes 9:30 AM Sound check on stage 9:50 AM Move (in rows) to LRH with instruments. 10:30 AM Move to COM Breezeway for departure to T-LCCC 10:35 AM Depart for Banquet 11:00 AM Banquet at Tallahassee-Leon County Civic Center 12:30 PM Depart T-LCCC for RDCH Return to LRH wait for concert to begin 1:50 PM Move (in rows) to RDCH stage when Fleming Band finishes 2:00 PM Exit backstage via loading dock, pick up cases/luggage from LRH, and (approx.) depart

Barber: 8:45 AM Leave hotel for warm-up in RDCH (sound check at 9:00 AM) Drop off cases and luggage (if going to bus station/airport) in HMU 105 against the walls, and close to the doors. There will be a rehearsal going on in this room when you return to pick up your belongings. Move to RDCH house seats, and be seated in ensemble setup 8:55 AM Move (in rows) to stage wait for Davis band to exit stage before moving on stage 9:00 AM Sound check on stage 9:20 AM Move (in rows) to WES 060 leave instruments on seats 10:15 AM Depart from COM Breezeway for banquet 11:00 AM Banquet at Tallahassee-Leon County Civic Center 12:50 PM Depart T-LCCC for RDA Return to WES 060 and wait for performance to begin 1:00 PM Concert Begins 2:20 PM Move (in rows) to RDCH stage when Howes Band finishes 2:30 PM Exit backstage via loading dock, pick up cases/luggage from HMU 105, (approx). and depart Davis: 8:15 AM Leave hotel from hotel for RDCH (sound check at 8:30 AM) Drop off cases and luggage (if going to bus station/airport) in OMH house seats NOT the OMH stage! Move to RDCH stage for sound check 8:30 AM Sound check on RDCH stage 8:50 AM Move (in rows) to OMH. Leave cases, etc. in OMH seats, NOT the stage.

10:15 AM Depart from COM Breezeway for banquet 11:00 AM Banquet at Tallahassee-Leon County Civic Center 12:50 PM Depart T-LCCC for RDCH Return to OMH and wait for concert to begin 2:20 PM Move (in rows) to RDCH as Barber Band finishes 2:30 PM Perform 3:00 PM At conclusion of concert, exit backstage via loading dock. Return to OMH (approx.) seats to pick up cases/luggage, and depart.
