WHO ARE WE WHAT IS NHP PUBLISHING? In early 2013, the New Heroes & Pioneers publishing house based in Malmö, Sweden was little more than the kernel of an idea in our minds. Our plan was to develop and publish a range of coffee table books containing a smart, interesting and eclectic mixture of art, culture and fashion. What made this concept unique, was that we were, right from the beginning, dedicated to being a vehicle for discovering and promoting new and unknown artists whose singular styles and perspectives make them stand out. The concepts of making human connections and giving back were woven into the fabric of the corporate culture and have become a clear and conscious part of every project since the company s inception. OUR PHILOSOPHY WHAT WE BELIEVE IN We believe that culture can be found everywhere. In searching for new and extraordinary culture, we are challenging the Catch-22 stating that you have to be famous to be published. We know that there are amazing, unknown talents out there, and we make it our mission to discover them and give them the chance to show their work. We find heroes and pioneers of culture and together we create extraordinary coffee table books. We believe that there is a lot of good to be done in the world. Being a business is not only about making profit but doing something good with that profit. And because we believe that culture should be accessible to everyone, we are creating and publishing carefully curated material every day for our online magazine. We also believe that any company culture is great culture and every company deserves their own story to be told. Be remembered Most marketing campaigns are immediately forgotten or discarded with a single click. Give your contacts something worth keeping. Compile and preserve your organisation s legacy. Share expertise Take readers behind the scenes and show them what you know best, from manufacturing processes to award-winning product design. Establish your credentials with a corporate history, case studies, testimonials, quotes and more. Tell your story Celebrate successes, anniversaries, new headquarters, product launches and more with a keepsake for your employees and partners. Reinforce your unique history and vision and emphasize shared goals. Be unexpected Control how your story is shared and what your talking points are. Generate interest in a new project or reaffirm your organisation s identity. Mix powerful imagery with thoughtful content to deliver a clear and lasting message. OUR COMMISSION BOOKS PHILOSOPHY We are committed to publishing extraordinary culture. We provide a platform for writers, artists, designers and photographers share their creative talents. Brand Yourself Surprise your audience with a physical reminder of what your company represents. Tell your story in a format worth displaying and sharing. When everyone goes online, you ll stand out by something more permanent. 03/14
