During this time, he studied comosition ith Dr. Tom O'Connor. He returned to Arkansas State niversity and received his Master's in Music Comosition, studying ith Dr. Tom O'Connor and Dr. Tim Crist. Randall is a memer o ASCAP and Phi Mu Alha, and is in demand as a comoser, arranger, clinician, and designer.
