HOW PROGRAM FLOWS? An episode is nearly 50 minutes. During an episode we broadcast contents that we developed with our sponsors in an informative, smooth and sustainable edit. We edit episodes in view of the fact that these contents should arouse viewer's interest and encourage viewers to make an application and get a treatment plan. We learn every aspect of our sponsors message that they want to communicate to their Arab target group. Generally, we edit the content by storytelling over a patient's treatment.
HOW PROGRAM FLOWS? At the end of the sponsored content, we inform viewers how they can reach us about the related subject. We have mainly 4 communication channels: - A form on our website: visittobetreated.com - By Whatsapp application - Messaging us over our Facebook page (facebook.com/visittobetreated) - Contact page on our website While informing viewers, name of the sponsor and the related disease is mentioned and we say that they can reach us to get a treatment plan and price offer and a second opinion or they can just ask questions.
APPLICATION MANAGEMENT Number of messages we receive peak on Fridays and Saturdays, days of program's broadcast. Our operators review every application one by one and transmits to program sponsors. Every transmitted application contains detailed information about applicant's disease as much as possible, aside from personal details. We also translate every application we receive. Message sender requests a treatment plan, second opinion or information about a disease via any communication channel. Dedicated communication channel operator carefully reviews every message and ensures the details are taken from the message sender. Every message is pooled and then forwarded to sponsors.
