STATE BANK OF INDIA REGIONAL BUSINESS OFFICE KUSUMKHERA, HALDWANI PREMISES REQUIRED IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION SME RUDRAPUR BRANCH, RUDRAPUR, DISTT UDHAM SINGH NAGAR State Bank of India invites offers of premises on rent for Branch premises from owners or power of attorney holders in the following location :- Rudrapur on ground floor at Kashipur bye pass road, or Nainital Road The minimum eligibility criteria shall be as follows. I) The building should be independent unit for commercial use at ground floor area. ii) The size of the premises to be about 432 sq m (4650 sq ft ) of built up / plinth area (approx.) and width of proposed premises preferably be approx. 12 meter (40 ft.) iii) The building should be structurally sound with a structure stability certificate in this regard issued by structural Engineer firm (according to IS code 3861 : 2002). iv) the owner should have the requisite completion certificate and commercial use certificate from the applicable authorities before handing over of possession of the proposed premises v) The premises should have parking space of about 93 sq.m (free of charge). vi) The proof of ownership and approved map is to be enclosed with the Technical Bid. Vii) Premises should have space arrangements for generators, transformers, V-Sat and ATM (free of charges). Viii) The premises should be ready or likely to be ready as per Bank's requirement within a period of 1 month. ix) The cost of Civil Work including construction of cash room, Locker room (RCC ), ATM room, Stationary room, record room, UPS room, pantry, toilet, Vitrified tiles and rolling shutter etc. will be borne by the owner as per lay out provided by the Bank.
