NOUN AND ADJECTIVE HANGING Make a WALL HANGING on healthy food. Your hanging should have at least 5 nouns (with their pictures) along with appropriate adjectives.(eg = Egg - fresh). 1.NUMBER MAGIC MATHEmATICS Form a grid on A 3 size cardboard with magic number. You can choose any set of numbers in sequence but the numbers should not be repeated. Look at the sample given (eg-the sum total of every row, every columns and the sum of the diagonal numbers is 15). 2. MATH AT MALL ( A 4 SIZE SHEET ) Visit your favourite mall and note down the price of products that we use to keep ourselves healthy and hygienic (eg-soap, shampoo, sanitizer, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, hair oil, body lotion and nail cutter ) Write the number names of the price of all the products. Write the expanded form for the same. Write the price of all the products in ascending and descending order. Separate the even numbers and odd numbers ( from the list of the price of all the products ) Write the name of maximum price product and minimum price product. 3.RANGOLI Make a rangoli design on A 4 size using different geometrical shapes and colours. 4.BOARD GAME Use your creativity to make a colourful Addition board game on an A 3 size cardboard and cover it with transparent sheet. Look at the sample given below( use different numbers ) HOW TO PLAY Number of players 2 One player will throw a dice and he has to take steps as per the dice. The player has to give correct answer for the question. The player who gives the right answer will move ahead and if he gives wrong answer then he has to move a step backward. The player who reaches the finishing point first will be the winner.
ACTIVITY EVS 1- Eat the Best &Leave the Rest : Fruity Quotes Take pastel sheets of different colours and make cut outs of any two Fruits of your choice ( 20x20 cm ). Write one catch phrase on healthy eating on each cut out and use your imagination to decorate it. 2- Health is wealth Accompany your children to the neighbourhood park and encourage them for a morning walk and simple yoga exercises. 3- Take care of your body. It is the only place you live in. Make a cut out of any one of our body part/organ. Paste the cutout in the centre of an A4 size sheet. Draw the square around the cut out as shown in the figure given below. Write any four ways to take care of thisbody part in the square you have drawn. A sample is given here for your reference.

I have forgotten to bring my book, note book, pencil / eraser / drawing book Madam, I m sorry I couldn t complete my Home Work as I was unwell. Madam, may I borrow a pencil / eraser / ruler etc. from my partner as I ve forgotten to bring mine today. Can you please,shut the door. Use of magic words like excuse me, sorry, thanks, please. o When asking for something, say Please. o When receiving something, say Thank you. o Do not interrupt grown-ups who are speaking with each other unless there is an emergency. o If you need to attain someone s attention right away, then the phrase of Excuse me should be used precisely. o When you go over to spend time at your friend's place, remember to thank his/her parents forhaving you over and for the good time you had spending your day before you leave.
o Knock on closed doors and wait to see if there's a response before entering. Children can be encouraged to use simple words and sentences at home also.
