BLEF Belgrade Summer Eco Film June-July-August 2018.
BLEF CAMP is an educational program for children and youth, intended for ages 14-20 yrs. The main goal of the camp is the popularization of cinema art and crafts. Through interactive workshops that result in a short feature film with visual effects, the world of moving images and new perspective professions that exist on the film will be presented to students.
Locations:! Belgrade and the surroundings of Belgrade ( Avala, Ada Međica, Vrčin-Kolonija...) During the Blef Camp, threee different groups of participants will be involved in making three different films in three different genres. All films will be shown in cultural centers throughout Serbia and European cities and will participate in numerous festivals across the country and abroad
Campaign Goals: Camp Blef is a practically and theoretically designed camp for filmmaking. The basic idea is that the participants will go through the whole process of filmmaking: from the pre-production stage (preparation for recording), recording (production) to post wproduction (editing, visual effects, animation). Through the process of ideas, scenarios, storyboards, recording books, film acting, directing, editing sound and image, adding visual effects and animation, we will come to the final product - the film.
Camp Blef offers educational content that opens the possibilities of training children and youth for creative participation in artistic activities in the field of film, assembly and new technologies. The final outcome can be decisive for the future professional determination of young people. Students will get acquainted with the work of filmmakers: script writer, recording assistant, cameraman, sound editor, actor, editor, visual effects artist, animator
The aim is to develop critical thinking in children and young people in relation to media culture, experience and knowledge of film expressive means, independent creative work on the film, installation and special effects, as well as the impact on the culture of life and active leisure time. We will demonstrate the work using the most up-to-date equipment. There is an option of further continuation of education through the attendance of advanced workshops in KC Baraka, which are held throughout the year, where children acquire competences in the field of film, film acting, directing, editing and new technologies.

Certificate:! Each participant at the end of the Camp will receive a certificate of attending summer workshops of film, film and theatre acting, editing and new technologies.! The professional team of the lecturers are: actors, editors, directors, and visual artists with a degree of the Faculty of Drama Arts in Belgrade. The mentors have a long experience in working with young people. Three lecturers per group take care of the participants during the curriculum and leisure activities during the camp.
Organization: The Cultural Center Baraka is a platform for cultural networking, education and promotion of art and an independent art scene. The idea of KC Barak is to develop a field for the operation of independent artists in all art and creative areas-film, theatre, music, painting, applied and digital arts. In 2012, she her mission in KC Barak started by implementing educational programs related to film and film crafts, and later she developed a broader program of cultural and artistic activities. The KC Baraka space is at the disposal of citizens with diverse content and can be adapted to the needs and interests of the audience (gallery, digital gallery, small theater scene, studio, workshops, cinema and radio Baraka). So far, besides the realized educational workshops and camps, KC Baraka has participated in numerous independent film festivals, and in cooperation with the institutions organized several projections and guest performances of independent theaters in the country and the region.
Price of the Belgrade Summer Film Camp Blef includes:! accomodation for all the days the project will take place! food expenses! transportation to various locations during the filming process! the technical tequipment and technical support needed during the production of the project (The complete production cost for making the short movie). We'd like to note that in the proposed price the traveling cost from Asia to Eruope is not included.
