Selection Criteria for HBFC Video Conferencing Solution Scope of Work. This project covers installation and commissioning of Video Conferencing for HBFC between Head Office (Karachi), Lahore and Peshawar offices. The vendor will be solely responsible for the supply, installation and implementation of system. The vendor will also be responsible to provide necessary training for smooth operation of the system. Eligibility Criteria The company must be a registered Company in Pakistan or branch of foreign registered company. The company must be an Authorized Dealer/Distributor of the quoted products / equipment. Must be a Tax Payer in Pakistan for at least 5 years. At least 5 years installation & configuration experience in Pakistan. Complete clientele list regarding Video conferencing deployments. (Details of equipment installed, number of sites and contact details of the client are to be submitted). Vendor should provide their complete company profile & a list of technical personnel. Incase of downtime exceeding 8 working hours, backup should be provided with same feature set. In case equipment goes under warranty twice a year bidder should permanently replace it new one with same or higher equipment. Vendor must provide list of technical staff, distributed country wide. Equipment should be Compatible with the other industry standard video conferencing equipment.
