M MAMA 2013 C o n f e r e n c e i n f o r m a t i o n The 2013 MAMA Conference committee has been working very hard to create a unique opportunity for both vendors and attendees to meet in an amazing setting. This year we have planned a 3 day conference, and with the location of Gillette Stadium, and no parking restraints, we are able to enhance our conference with outdoor exhibit space. This will be a great chance to see what s new for equipment and meet vendors in the industry. We have decided to forgo the usual banquet in favor of a fabulous cocktail party Wednesday night in the Hall of Fame. The Hall has 2 floors full of memorabilia and interactive displays. With a slider station, lots of hors d oeuvres and drinks, this will be a fun evening for all. And after, if you re still hungry, there are many places to dine or just have a small bite of something sweet at Patriot Place. Tours of Gillette will be available all 3 days for anyone with a full registration. You can sign up for them when you check in at the conference. Turn at the lights on the top of the hill, with the hotel in view. Enter and bear right, around the hotel and take your first left. Go past the hotel parking and look towards your right. We will be on the WEST side of the stadium, between the stadium and the hotel. If you are setting up outside, we will be starting set up at 7:00 Am. The inside space will be opened at 8:00 AM for set up only. Please remember that this is a 3 day conference.
