Architectural Review Board Updates A P P R O V E D R E Q U E S T 27 Mickens Bend White vinyl fence I m p o r t a n t m e s s a g e f r o m A R B Chairman: Marc Lepel Member: Rochelle Anderson ARB now has an email address for direct communication with residents: rivertonarb@gmail.com. It is a great way to expedite concerns and identify community suggestions for ARB to address. ARB has changed its meeting day to every other Friday starting April 12. ARB requests must be submitted to the RCA office no later than the Thursday prior to the meeting. The requests must contain all required documentation to ensure timely approval. Please email ARB directly or call the RCA office regarding upcoming meeting dates or if you have any other questions. ARB has updated fencing, landscaping, and gardening rules for 2019. These new rules are a direct result of residents suggestions. If you are interested in hardscaping, landscaping, or building a fence, please check to see the new options that might be available to you. To all those planning a garden this year, please make sure to review the new rules listed on the RCA website to determine if you will require a FREE RCA PERMIT. A garden that requires a permit that has not been obtained may result in fines. 5
