LONG TITLE: The Lord Mayor and Members of Dublin City Council (hereinafter referred to as The Council ) in exercise of the powers vested in them by the provisions of The Casual Trading Act, 1995 as amended and all other enabling statutory powers hereby make the following Bye-Laws for the fees relating to Casual Trading in the administrative area of Dublin City Council PRELIMINARY NO. I NO. 2 NO. 3 SHORT TITLE: These Bye-Laws may be cited as the Dublin City Council Casual Trading (Fees) Bye-Laws 2018. AREA OF APPLICATION: These Bye-Laws apply to the administrative area of Dublin City Council. COMMENCEMENT DATE: These Bye-Laws shall come into effect on the 24th day of October 2018. NO. 4 REVOCATION: The Dublin City Council Casual Trading (Fees) Bye-Laws 2013 made by the Council on the 4th day of March 2013 are hereby revoked as and from the commencement date of the 24th day of October 2018.
