Please note The future perfect is a tense of verbs expressing what is expected to be completed in the future. It is usually used with the phrase will have done Examples: By 10 o clock, we will have worked for 12 hours. By this time next year, she will have studied in University for 6 years.
Please note The future perfect uses will have (past participle) to express how something will be completed in the future. The future perfect also uses by the time to express the moment in the future that the completed action will take place Examples: By the time I get home, the game will have finished. I will have perfected my Spanish by the time I leave Cuba.

Please note There is no real difference between using will have and going to have yet will have is far more common. Also, this tense is not very common in everyday English as it may not be too common in your own language. In some cases it may just be easier to use the future simple tense.
