In Our Community Look Who s Turning 45! The Illinois River Area Chamber of Commerce is celebrating its 45th Birthday! Celebrate with members of our community at the IRACC Annual Banquet at Prairie Lakes Country Club in Marseilles on Saturday, April 20, 2013.
