Side and rear panel marking The logo on the side panels is always aligned to the rear and the top of the vehicle. The distances to the pane borders are twice the distance of the DB brand to the lettering of the logo. The logo on the rear panel has the same distance as the side panels to the top of the pane. It is horizontally centered. The alignment of the URL varies with the vehicle model and is typically left aligned with the logo. It maintains a 28cm distance from the bottom. Page 2
Additional rear panel marking Next to the standard (logo und internet address (1), see also pic. above) are the following rear panel markings on trucks possible: additional tagline, placed below the logo (2) supplement with official product names (3) is allowed in exceptional cases only and needs beforehand approval from the CI/CD and Creation Department. Other markings or advertisements are allowed in exceptional cases only, e.g. campaigns, sponsoring, migration, etc., and only in agreement with the CI/CD and Creation department. Page 3
Markings on vehicle front and doors The logo is placed on the front (for example on the wind deflectors mostly 100cm wide) as well as the driver and passenger door (55cm wide) if the available space on the panes allow for these dimensions. On available front panes or wind deflectors is the logo centered. On the doors is the logo typically placed left aligned (respectively right aligned) to the side mirrors. It might be necessary to find a model specific solution if the space available for logo placement is limited. All such variants need to be coordinated with the CI/CD and Creation department and must be recorded.
