INSERTII GRAFICE TGA sau TGA Sequence: Graphical insertions : TGA or TGA sequence 1 fisier TGA pentru referinta 1920X1080 figura 2, 24 bit, cu pozitionarea si dimensiunea reala a logoului 1 fisier sau o secventa de TGA (daca este animatie) 32 bit(alpha channel straight) CROP cu toleranta la marginile siglei(maxim 5 pixels pe contur) figura 3. Logo inserterul din MCR interpreteaza un fisier TGA ca 1 FIELD in concluzie pentru siglele animate inainte de export trebuie TIME STRETCH 200% (exemplu: 0 animatie de 10s va avea o secventa de 500 TGA) sau REAL TIME (exemplu: 0 animatie de 10s va avea o secventa de 250 TGA). fig. 1 fig. 2 fig. 3 Alte precizari Insertie grafica: Dimensiunea maxima pentru insertia grafica este aceea de 900x350 (daca executia are lighting si alte particule in degrade, real) sau partea utila este de 900 x300 pixeli. Insertia grafica trebuie livrata in doua frame rate: respectiv 25fps si 50fps (10 secunde reprezinta 250 frame TGA /// 10 secunde reprezinta 500 frame) 2

SPLIT SCREEN ADVERTISING As a consequence brought on by the CAN legisla on we have established as available the following four types of split screens: 1. L Split screen (50/50 ra o) 2. Symmetric Split screen (50/50 ra o) 3. Asymmetric Split screen (60/40 ra o) Channels where we can have Split-Screen: PRO TV, sport.ro, Acasa TV, MTV ATTENTION: All the Split screens must not have sound. All four types of Split screens can be found in animated form at the following address: h p://gfx.protv.ro//sales_split_screen/ There you can also find guidelines that clients can use to produce commercials that will be broadcasted in split screens. We recommend that the HD resolu on to be used. Below are presented examples for all four types. The file must be exported as HD, following Adstream Romania technical specs. 6
1. L Split screen Dimensions: It is used during the programs for which the TV sta on has legal rights on. The ra o between the two areas is of 50/50 (Ad/Progr). ATTENTION: Spot s Aspect Ra o must be 16/9. The client has to produce the split screen, to cover the area le open by narrowing the main program. The background of the commercial has to be uniform, meaning it has to be in style with the rest of the commercial. The en re screen has to have the same background used for the commercial, in place of the program there is no need for a rectangle to be drawn because unwanted lines and drawings may appear at the me of the alignment of the program with the commercial. It is mandatory for L -shape split screen to have wri en somewhere on ac ve site of the commercial the word PUBLICITATE, in CNA law and regula ons condi ons. The length of the commercial has to be any dura on longer than 10 seconds. The program narrows towards the logo of the TV sta on. Because of this reason the L Split Screen can be on the le side or on the right side of the screen depending on the TV sta on. 7

SPLIT SCREEN ADVERTISING Dolce Sport TV channels can have L shape Upper Left or Upper Right Split-Screen advertising! The following guidelines can be used by clients to produce commercials that will be broadcasted in Split-Screen: 1) No sound for commercials; 2) HD resolution and 16/9 image aspect ratio, tga format; 3) Dimensions as in the picture below, the ratio between Advertising/PGM is 50/50 with the same aspect ratio image: 4) The word Publicitate must be written somewhere on active area of the commercial; 5) The length of the commercial has to be any duration longer than 10 seconds; 6) The program feed narrows towards the logo of the TV channel. Because of this reason the L Split Screen can be on the upper left side or on the upper right side of the screen. Usually Dolce Sport logoidentity channel is on upper right side, but sometime depend of the live sport event could be and on theupper left side! 7) The background of the commercial has to be uniform and static! The entire screen has to have the same background used for the commercial. In the place of the program there is no need for a rectangle to be drawn because of unwanted lines and drawings may appear at the time of the alignment of the program with the commercial. Difuzare pe canal SD TVR 1, TVR 2, TVR 3, TVR Interna onal, TVR Moldova Rezolu a canalelor SD, indiferent de raportul de aspect, este 720 px / 576 px. ATENTIE!!! Dupa cum se poate observa in exemplul din stanga, un cerc afisat pe o rezolu e SD (720x576) cu raport de aspect 16:9 se va vedea ca o elipsa!!! Marcajul de raport de aspect se pune la emisie, as el incat pe un display 16:9 cercul se va afisa corect!!! In exemplul din stanga, zona albastra va con ne reclama inserata, iar zona cu mira de control va con ne transmisia. Clipurile NU vor con ne semnal audio! Clipurile trebuie sa fie de minim 5 secunde! 16
Zona din partea stanga a ecranului va avea o la me de 135 pixeli, din care Safe Area va fi de 120 pixeli (5 pixeli dreapta, 10 pixeli stanga). Toata la mea de 135 pixeli va con ne grafica pentru background, dar este recomandat ca elementele p text, logo, iden tate, etc sa fie cuprinse doar in cadrul Safe Area. Zona din partea de jos a ecranului va avea o inal me de 110 pixeli, din care Safe Area va fi de 95 pixeli (5 pixeli jos, 10 pixeli sus). Toata inal mea de 110 pixeli va con ne grafica pentru background, dar este recomandat ca elementele p text, logo, iden tate, etc sa fie cuprinse doar in cadrul Safe Area. 17

Zona din partea de jos a ecranului va avea o inal me de 200 pixeli, din care Safe Area va fi de 185 pixeli (5 pixeli jos, 10 pixeli sus). Toata inal mea de 200 pixeli va con ne grafica pentru background, dar este recomandat ca elementele p text, logo, iden tate, etc sa fie cuprinse doar in cadrul Safe Area. Fisierele video se vor incarca dupa specificatiile tehnice ADSTREAM ROMANIA. 19
Static Logo / Animation Procedura opera onala privind formatul fisierelor grafice u lizate pentru LogoMaster Incepand cu data de 01.03.2017 se va u liza procedura curenta pentru primirea si incarcarea fisierelor grafice u lizate in cadrul sistemelor LogoMaster. Continutul digital furnizat fara sa respecte prezenta procedura opera onala va fi refuzat si returnat solicitantului sau, dupa caz, distrus. Logo-uri de mici dimensiuni Pentru logo-urile sta ce sau animate, cu por uni transparente mai mici de 25% din suprafata totala si a caror marime totala a fisierelor (ce compun intreaga secventa) este mai mica de 4 MBytes se vor trimite doua fisiere: - un fisier.png cu canal Alpha care va con ne logo-ul. In cazul secventelor a caror dimensiune totala este mai mica de 4 Mbytes se va trimite o secventa de fisiere.png cu canal Alpha. - un fisier.png cu canal Alpha de pozi onare avand rezolu a canalului nta: o 720x576 pentru SD, atat pentru raportul de aspect 4:3, cat si pentru 16:9 20

In func e de dimensiunea anima ei, aceasta poate avea o rezolu e mai mica sau cel mult egala cu cea a canalului nta (720x576 pentru SD, 1920x1080 pentru HD). Marimea fisierului.mov nu trebuie sa depaseasca 2 GBytes. - un fisier de pozi onare.png cu canal Alpha (doar in cazul in care fisierul.mov are o rezolu e mai mica decat full-screen) avand rezolu a canalului nta: o 720x576 pentru SD, atat pentru raportul de aspect 4:3, cat si pentru 16:9 o 1920x1080 pentru HD Fisierul de pozi onare va con ne o fotograma reprezenta va din cadrul anima ei pozi onata in pozi a finala, pe ecran. 23
