Please be prepared! - The callback list will be posted on the Timpview Theatre website (www.timpviewtheatre.com) the evening of Friday, November 30 th. - Callbacks will take place the following morning, Saturday, December 1 st from 9:00am-12:00pm in the Drama Room. - Receiving an invitation for callbacks does not guarantee you a role in the play. Likewise, not being invited to callbacks does not mean that you won t receive a role in the play. - The final cast list will be posted on the Timpview Theatre website (www.timpviewtheatre.com) on Sunday, December 2 nd OR Monday, December 3 rd. - ALL selected cast members are required to attend our CAST & CREW KICK-OFF on Wednesday, December 12 th from 2:30-4:30 in the drama room. - All cast members and a parent/guardian are required to attend a mandatory meeting immediately following the read-through at 4:30 p.m. in the drama room. I will try my best to keep it under one hour. - Our main rehearsals will begin on January 7 th!! - Cast members are required to come ON TIME to all rehearsals that they are scheduled for. Rehearsals will be held Monday-Saturday. Monday-Friday rehearsals will be after school and will usually last until 4:30 or 5:30, extending beyond that as we get closer to performances. Saturday rehearsals will be will begin at 9:00am and will usually last until 12:00-2:00pm, extending beyond that time as we get closer to performances. - Since we have such a short rehearsal period, it is likely that all cast members will be required at most, if not all, rehearsals. The size and demands of your role may dictate how often you are needed. However, as the performance dates near and we begin running acts of the show, students will be required every day. You may not miss rehearsal for any reason 3 weeks before we open the show due to our VERY TIGHT schedule and heavy run-throughs and tech/dress rehearsals. - There is a $25 fee to participate in the musical (DUE Friday, January 11 th ). On average, the Theatre Department will spend far more than that on each student in the play. - Performances of Coriolanus will take place on Feb. 7, 8, 9, and 11. - Please come and talk to me or email me at jpurdie@provo.edu for more information or if you have any questions. - Some members of our Theatre Council will also be happy to help you find and prepare monologues (Alisha Kirkland, Mariane Rizzuto, Hanna Schneck, Cordelia Diether, Seven Harrison, Sam Charles, and Drew Brown).
