Email PRIORITY BOOKING: Monday 18 February until Friday 22 February (12 noon) YOUR MEMBERSHIP: As a Friend of Charleston, you can purchase Festival tickets before they go on sale to the general public. In order to take part in priority booking, you must have a valid Friend, Patron or Omega Group membership. The deadline for renewing or purchasing a membership is Wednesday 13 February (midnight). ALLOCATION: To ensure a fair distribution of tickets, each member can book a maximum of four tickets per event (eight for joint members). For top price events ( 30), the ticket allocation is two per member (four for joint members). HOW TO BOOK: Priority booking forms can be submitted to Charleston by post, email or in person. We will start processing sales on Monday 18 February, however you can submit your form earlier. The deadline to submit a form to Charleston is Friday 22 February (12 noon). o BY POST: Priority Booking, Charleston, Firle, East Sussex, BN8 6LL. o BY EMAIL: Email your completed form to festivals@charleston.org.uk as a PDF attachment. o IN PERSON: Charleston Office (ring bell), Charleston, Firle, East Sussex (Mon to Fri, 10am to 5pm) HOW ORDERS ARE PROCESSED: All orders received by 11am on the first day of priority booking will be stamped as received 18 Feb and placed in the Day One box. Forms that are received after 11am are stamped 19 Feb and placed in the Day Two box. To make the system as fair as possible, we shuffle the forms in the Day One box and pull out orders to process at random. We process all of the orders in the Day One box before moving on to those received on Day Two, and so on throughout the week. SOLD OUT EVENTS: Every year, some of our events sell out during priority booking week, leaving some Friends disappointed. Please understand that submitting a priority booking form does not guarantee that you have secured tickets to all of your desired events. If you have been unsuccessful, we will automatically add your name to our waiting list and contact you should any tickets become available. NO REFUNDS: Once booked, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for others.
