Prerequisite Studies English 101 White River Valley High School Course Description This class utilizes literary, business, and media pieces for the purposes of conducting research, documenting sources, avoiding plagiarism, writing expressively, and formatting properly informative, argumentative, and research forms of writing. OCU Course Learning Outcomes The course is designed to teach beginning literary analysis, as well as library research methods, use of MLA format, structure of a research paper, and improvements in writing skills.
