SERVICES DELIVERY & SETUP Delivery and setup of equipment is available 7 days a week. Costs are calculated on travel time, time taken to setup equipment and are always provided with quote. OPERATORS/TECHNICIANS An experienced operator/technician may be provided to operate or supervise any of the listed equipment. 3 hour minimum. COMMUNICATION HANDSETS Good quality UHF communication handsets. Sets of 4 or 6 available. Talk back at award presentations, official openings, etc. CONFERENCE RECORDING Video or audio recording of your conference or seminar. Recordings can later be used for training and reviews.
