Coming in the fall Baker & Taylor s Axis 360 The picture book experience is especially strong -King County Library System, Washington Blio e-reading software used with Axis 360 was created as a joint venture between Kurzweil Technologies (headed by Ray Kurzweil) and the National Federation of the Blind, so it is 100% Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant and offers text-to-speech (TTS) for the print-impaired.
