SPONSOR BENEFITS TEDxMatlockRoad is a full-day event with 12-14 dynamic speakers/presenters. All high-level sponsors have an opportunity to be acknowledged in the pre- or post-credit slides on the final production video/dvd. Talks presented during the event will be uploaded to thetedx YouTube Channel, which reaches more than 12 million subscribers. We are committed to providing maximized exposure on behalf of our sponsors throughout the event. The following pages will outline the opportunities available. Please note each level has a designated allocation of sponsors. About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.) About TED TED is a nonprofit organization devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. Started as a four-day conference in California 30 years ago, TED has grown to support its mission with multiple initiatives. The two annual TED Conferences invite the world s leading thinkers and doers to speak for 18 minutes or less. Many of these talks are then made available, free, at TED.com. TED speakers have included Bill Gates, Jane Goodall, Elizabeth Gilbert, Sir Richard Branson, Nandan Nilekani, Philippe Starck, Ngozi OkonjoIweala, Sal Khan and Daniel Kahneman. The annual TED Conference takes place each spring in Vancouver, British Columbia. Support Allocation BLOCKBUSTER Blockbuster sponsorship will help support the event's venue, production efforts ranging from camera equipment, lighting, crew, and stage set design. $2,500 Distribution sponsorship will help support all mailers, invitations, and correspondence delivery pre- and post-event. This will include printing, lists, postage, and outsourcing expenses. $1,000 DISTRIBUTION $1,200 Director sponsorship will help support honorariums for professional Master/Mistress of Ceremony to provide consistency and flow throughout the event. Screenwriter sponsorship will help support proofreading, program design, and editing of all content delivered during the event. SCREENWRITE R $500 LUNCH RECEPTION $1,500 $1,500 Lunch and Reception sponsorship will help support all meals and beverages provided during and post event.
