/TRANSEPT JOINS THE HELLOMOOV PARTNERS HOLDING With the acquisition of Transept, Hellomoov Partners has created a French champion of mechanical and assembly solutions in aluminium profile, and computer-integrated material handling. By merging with Transept, the French manufacturer of conveyor systems and assembly lines with a global reach, Hellomoov Partners is taking a quantum leap forwards in the sector, and consolidating its capacity for innovation. Indeed, Transept is a specialist in modular aluminium profiles and computer-integrated material handling. Based in Vendee on a 3 100 sq. m. site, and with three sales branches (Rouen, Lyon, and Paris), Transept employs a 48 staff. With 30 years of experience and cutting edge production facilities, it boasts the sector s best growth rate, and has seen its turnover grow from 3m to 9m in seven years. The acquisition also represents the continuation of a bold and sustained external development strategy. Shining examples of this in 2017 include the acquisitions of Faber and Coris, specialists in conveyor chains and packaging lines. These complementary skillsets and technologies, and the scale of the markets already covered, mean this merger gives the holding the critical mass it needs to consolidate its presence in Europe and the rest of the world. Today, the Hellomoov Partners holding boasts 240 staff and 7 production facilities in Bourgoin-Jallieu, Boissy-Saint-Léger, Frépillon, Bazeilles, Challans, Alizay, and Langenfeld (Germany). / CONSTANT RENEWAL, PREDICTING IS BELIEVING Diversification, acquisitions, digital adoption... change on all sides for the European leader in conveying systems and French number one in profiles, driven by a thirst for excellence. Buoyed by the item-elcom partnership, and a combination of renowned Deutsche Qualität and creative French ingenuity, Hellomoov is setting its sights ever higher. By combining their techniques and expertise, elcom, Faber, and Transept will cross a threshold and generate 45m turnover in 2018. This performance is driven by two activities: - Assembled mechanical solutions made using modular aluminium profile, - Computer-integrated material handling: conveyors, pallet transfer systems, and plastic screws and tooling Beyond simply pooling expertise, this strategic partnership will give the holding a more fluid national structure, open up new places to do business, and deliver our customers a more comprehensive range, with increasingly innovative products serving industry 4.0. Aiming for 100m by 2022, Hellomoov s ambition is to become the go-to choice for developers and industry, chosen for its distinctive, innovative solutions, as well as its range of premium services built around moovitique, which will drive the Material Handling research of the future. The new Hellomoov brand will provide the impetus for this leap forwards. / 4 HELLOMOOV

/ FROM MARKET LEADER TO INDUSTRY PIONEER, WE ENTER A NEW ERA WITH THE NEW MOOVITIQUE CONCEPT Moovitique, a new discipline with high strategic potential, embodied by the Hellomoov Brand. The 4 th industrial revolution, a digital revolution, is now underway. Industry has always known how to harness new technologies to accelerate and automate its processes and optimise its business, and today, digital technology is providing disruptive new opportunities. So that it can leverage this powerful transformation and support its clients as they, too, evolve, Hellomoov is proud to announce a brand new B2B service, built around moovitique. Moovitique: computer-integrated material handling for the factories of the future, powered by Hellomoov. Moovitique will bring the full power of disruptive digital technology, the internet of things, and smart mechatronic applications to conveying systems and the handling and transfer of goods, products, and containers. This new discipline affords huge potential and will blaze a trail towards optimised production and packaging lines. For industry, it is an opportunity to rise to new economic challenges. Indeed, all of our smart devices exchange information, producing and using data in real time to aid decision-making and enhance the efficiency of production flows and spot opportunities for preventative maintenance. Industry must move beyond mere production and become a creative space if it is to better meet the constantly changing user habits of the future. In Europe, moovitique will be brought to you by the Hellomoov Performance Institute. With the acquisition of Faber Coris, and now Transept, in synergy with elcom, we are seizing a unique opportunity to launch Hellomoov, the European moovitique champion Eric Vergne, CEO of Hellomoov Partners PRESS KIT / 5
