Pre-concert events where students can meet players, learn about the business of an orchestra and learn about the repertoire for the concert These are pre-concert events where students watch a 45 minute presentation where they get the chance to ask questions to gain a deeper understanding of the BSO. Students then watch the orchestra perform in the evening concert. In this booklet we have indicated the concerts where a event is taking place. These are aimed at all secondary school students, including GCSE and A-Level pupils. Tickets for all events are FREE! TO BOOK Please email Jess Craig at schools@bsorchestra.co.uk to ask for a booking form. Once completed please return to her and we will send you confirmation (if there is space) and details of your booking. Please note that this booking form is for the pre-concert talk which does not include your ticket for the evening concert. This must be booked separately by calling the venue s box office. All details on previous page. Please note that these events can only go ahead if enough spaces are reserved. Likewise, if there is a high demand for tickets then we will give priority on a first-come-first-served basis.
