Analog General Information 1808 West End Ave. Nashville, TN, 37203 Time Zone: CST Parking Self-parking is available for performers and crew in the Hutton Hotel garage. Please bring parking tickets to the venue to be validated. There are (2) bus parking spots with shore power. Bus parking must be coordinated in advance. Trailer parking must be coordinated in advance. One parking validation per band member per day. Entrance Performers and crew may enter the venue by taking the parking garage elevator to level 2. Load In Load in takes place in the alley between the parking garage and Hutton Hotel. Please use freight elevator A for cases and equipment. Analog is located on level 2. Sound Check Contact Adam Taylor, Production Manager (+1 319.230.5196) to schedule a sound check at least 10 days prior to event. Backline Contact Adam Taylor (+1 319.230.5196) to coordinate backline rentals at least 10 days prior to event date. Analog does not have any instrument amplifiers in house. Filming, Photography, and Audio Recording For the general enjoyment and privacy of the guest, filming, photography and audio recording by third parties is not permitted in Analog. Should you wish to have a photographer or videographer capture your event, we have a list of approved photographers and videographers who have extensive experience in the space. All images must be reviewed by Analog and Hutton Hotel before being used. Stereo Board Mix Recording - $150 (per event) Stereo board mix from FOH console. Delivered as MP3 or 24bit/48kHz WAV file on USB flash drive. Multitrack Audio Recording - $250 (per event) Up to 24 tracks of multitrack. Delivered as 24bit/48kHz WAV files on USB flash drive. Post Mix - $250 (per song) Professional post mix of multitrack recording. Delivered as stereo 24bit/48kHz WAV, 16bit/44.1kHz WAV, or MP3 on USB flash drive. Custom rates are available for non-musical events. Additional mix tweaks or edits are billed at $100 per hour. Green Room There is a green room available for performers adjacent to the south balcony. It is stocked with water, coffee, soda, and snacks.
