Lur Rider and stageplot 2016 Extended version 1.0 Page 1/6 This rider is an addition to the contract between the artists and the host of the event, to ease the work with and around the concert, for all parts involved. Any changes or circumstances contradicting this rider must be negotiated and agreed by all parts for the contract to be valid. The contract is declared invalid if the rider is changed or not fulfilled without agreement from all parts involved. The artist has the right to cancel the concert, and are eligible to full contracted compensation, if the contract is declared invalid by above reason. Kerstin Weimers +46 739 684 409 ker.lek@gmail.com PRODUCTION Accomodation If the event takes place more than 100 km from Malmö, Sweden, the arranger is responsible to book and pay for single or double rooms for 5 persons, depending on agreement. The rooms shall contain shower and toilet, and breakfast the morning after the concert. Parking The arranger shall provide an appropriate, safe and free-of-charge parking for one sprinter/minibus during the event. Support bands The arranger must notify and have agreement from the artist before booking any support bands or other events in direct relation to the concert.

Any press contacts should be forwarded directly to the artist (contact info on page 1). Sponsoring If the arrangement is sponsored or presented by any commercial third party, or in favor for charity, this must be notified and accepted by the artist before the concert. Any commercials, ads or logos on stage are not allowed, unless specified to and accepted by the artist. BACKSTAGE Room The arranger shall provide the artist with a clean, private and comfortable backstage room big enough for five persons to dress and relax. It should contain some seats, a table, electricity outlets, mirrors, good light and cold water. If possible, it is appreciated with some fruits, snacks, coffee and beverages. The room shall be able to lock or be guarded by event staff while artists are not present. Catering One meal of vegetarian homemade/restaurant type of food should be served per person at the latest 2 hours before the concert. The food shall not be fast food and preferrably be warm, of good quality and satisfying size. Safety The arranger is responsible for the safety of artists, crew and their equipment concerning the stage, electricity, possible theft and audience, from arrival until departure. When necessary, that includes stage guards that beforehand have discussed with the artist what audience members can do and can not do. The arranger is responsible to have fully covered insurances for persons and equipment on and around the stage during the day of the event.
Lur Rider and stageplot 2016 Extended version 1.0 Page 4/6 STAGE / TECHNICAL - The arranger shall provide experienced sound and light technicians and a PA system and light setup of appropriate type and size in relation to the stage and size of audience. All stage equipment provided by the arranger should be of good quality, in working condition and ready to use when artists start rigging and soundcheck. - Free space on stage should be at least 4 m (16 ft) wide and 3 m (10 ft) deep. - The arranger shall provide and rig a projector and canvas of appropriate size and quality for the stage. The projected picture should be at least 3 m (10 ft) wide with the canvas placed right behind the performing space. VGA cable should come to the stage if no other agreement has been made. - For the circus equipment (Aerial hoop), we need a rigging point in the ceiling, above or beside the stage, that is approved to take 1000 kg. Please contact the circus artist (page 2) for further information. - All electricity must be grounded and with appropriate fuses. Please note: Lur equipment contains stroboscopic blinking lights and it is on the responsibility of the arranger to notify the audience, in case that is necessary. Stage equipment provided by arranger: a PA system of good quality with sub-bass light setup appropriate for the size of the stage and audience 4 monitors (see stageplot) 4 DI boxes with jack input and ground lift (L/R) 1 mini-jack cable to the computer 1 vocal mic (sm58 or equivalent) 1 wireless headset (used by the acrobat while in the Aerial hoop) 5 standard microphone stands with the smaller (3/8 ) threads standard 1 small microphone stand with the smaller (3/8 ) threads standard 1 table of about 80x100 surface, 80 cm high, to put instruments and electronics on 1 table of about 80x80 surface, 110 cm high for the VJ (standing) 1 chair, preferrably bar type water in bottles and towels 5 grounded power outlets 230V (see stageplot) if possible, extra cables (xlr, jack, power) and batteries (9V, AA) in case of need
Lur Rider and stageplot 2016 Extended version 1.0 Page 5/6 Duration of rigging and show: Rigging and soundcheck at least 1,5 hours Show 50 to 60 minutes if nothing else is agreed upon Rigging down at least 25 minutes After rigging and soundcheck, the equipment can not be removed from the table or microphone stands until after the concert. If the equipment is to be moved off-stage between soundcheck and concert, it must be rigged on stage podiums with wheels, or only moved to the side of the stage. If the equipment is moved, it takes about 30 minutes to put it back and change costumes before the concert starts.
