Franchise Broadcast Info Overview Important notes Specifications Example How to schedule the Broadcast Info Collection Overview The Broadcast Info collection allows you to display that your franchise shows are airing. You can add only one Broadcast Information collection to your Franchise page and just one item in your collection. Important notes You cannot delete a schedule that is Live. You can only delete schedules that are Published or in Draft mode. Learn how to delete To see a scheduled collection, you must click the calendar icon and click the date on which the collection is scheduled to go live. How to schedule the Broadcast Info Collection Figure 1 From the main Franchise Collections page, click Franchise Broadcast Info (Figure 1). Figure 2 Click the green Add Schedule button to schedule the time you want your collection to appear on your site (Figure 2.1). The current date displays on the right side of the page (Figure 2.2). Figure 3 Click inside the date textbox to bring up the calendar (Figure 3.1). The current date is denoted by a blue tickmark (Figure 3.2). Click the date you want your Broadcast information displayed on your site. The date turns blue indicating that it has been selected (Figure 3.3). Click the timestamp at the bottom of the calendar to adjust the time you want your Broadcast date Collection to go live on your site (Figure 3.4). Click the up and down arrows to adjust the hour and minutes that you want your Broadcast date Collection to go live on your site (Figure 4.1). When finished, click Add (Figure 4.2). Figure 4
The date and time that this collection will go live displays at the top of the screen and indicates that it is in Draft mode (Figure 5.1). This means it is not yet published and not live and can still be modified or deleted. Click Add Item to add the text that will display on your Broadcast collection (Figure 5.2). Your Broadcast Information Collection displays and is in Draft mode, which means it can still be edited (Figure 7.1). Use the Edit and Remove buttons on the right side of the page to make changes to your collection (Figure 7.2). You cannot make changes after your collection has gone Live. Click Save to publish your collection (Figure 7.3). A published collection can still be edited. Figure 7 Your Broadcast Information Collection displays Published, indicating that it is ready to go live on your site at the designated time (Figure 8.1). Refresh the page to make the Collection live (Figure 8.2). You can do this by right clicking your mouse and clicking Reload or clicking refresh in your browser toolbar. Making your Collection live means it is ready to display on your site at the scheduled time. This Collection will display on your site at the day and time you designated in Steps 3 and 4.
