Sfety Precutions Refer to the Precutions for All Relys nd Precutions for All Relys with Forcibly Guided Contcts.!CAUTION Turn OFF the before wiring the. Do not touch the terminls of the while the power is turned ON, becuse the terminls re chrged nd my cuse n electric shock. Precutions for Correct Use Filure Detection for Slow-strting Power Supply When using power supply with long strt-up time, if power is switched on while input hs been closed the internl s will detect power voltge error nd the product will not operte. Apply the voltge to the product once the voltge hs reched its rted level. Instlltion The cn be instlled in ny direction. Wiring Use the following to wire the. Strnded wire: 0.2 to 2.5 mm 2 Solid wire: 0.2 to 2.5 mm 2 Tighten ech screw to torque of 0.5 to 0.6 N m, or the my mlfunction or generte het. Externl inputs connected to T11 nd T12 or T21 nd T22 of the must be no-voltge contct inputs. Strip the wires by 7 mm mx. Mounting Multiple Units When mounting multiple Units close to ech other, the rted current will be 3 A. Do not pply current higher thn 3 A. Connecting Inputs If using multiple models, inputs cnnot be mde using the sme switch. This is lso true for other input terminls. Incorrect Ground Shorts A positive thermistor () is built into the internl to detect ground shorts nd shorts between chnnels 1 nd 2. When such fults re detected, the sfety outputs re interrupted. (Only -2002-@/3012-@ is ble to detect shorts between chnnels 1 nd 2.) If the short brekdown is repired, the utomticlly recovers. Note: In order to detect erth short brekdowns, connect the minus side of the power supply to ground. Resetting Inputs When only chnnel 1 of the 2-chnnel input turns OFF, the sfety output is interrupted. In order to restrt when this hppens, it is necessry to turn OFF nd ON both input chnnels. It is not possible to restrt by resetting only chnnel 1. Durbility of Contct Outputs Rely with Forcibly Guided Contct durbility depends gretly on the switching condition. Confirm the ctul conditions of opertion in which the Rely will be used in order to mke sure the permissible number of switching opertions. When the ccumulted number of opertion exceeds its permissible rnge, it cn cuse filure of reset of sfety control. In such cse, plese replce the Rely immeditely. If the Rely is used continuously without replcing, then it cn led to loss of sfety function. T11 T12 T11 T12 Applicble Sfety Ctegory (EN954-1) -200@-@/301@-@ meet the requirements of Sfety Ctegory 4 of the EN954-1 stndrds when they re used s shown in the exmples provided by OMRON. Relys my not meet the stndrds in some operting conditions. The -3010 cn be pplied to Sfety Ctegory 3 of the EN954-1 using double breking. The pplicble sfety ctegory is determined from the whole sfety control system. Mke sure tht the whole sfety control system meets EN954-1 requirements. Certified Stndrds The -200@-@/3010/301@-@ conforms to the following stndrds. EN stndrds, certified by TÜV Rheinlnd: EN60204-1: 2006 Conformnce to EMC (Electromgnetic Comptibility), certified by TÜV Rheinlnd EMI (Emission): EN55011 Group 1 Clss A EMS (Immunity): EN61000-6-2 UL stndrds: UL508 (Industril Equipment) C stndrds: C C22.2 No. 14 (Industril Equipment) CCC Certifiction: GB14048.5 8
