Deposits are for security purposes, cleaning and damages. Deposits are not used for rental fees. SALES TAX: A 7% sales tax applies to rental rates unless the organization has a sales tax exempt form on file. (Deposits are not taxed). 2/ 3 3/8 Rental Fee 7% Sales Tax Deposit CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION: Reservations are confirmed once a deposit is paid and a completed application is on file at the Center. Rental fees must be paid 30 days after event date. TOTAL DUE REFUNDS: Refunds are made by the 15th of the following month.

RENTAL SPACES The NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center is located at 800 Archery Lane on East Highway 50 in Yankton, SD. This 50,000 square-foot facility offers many options. You can rent individual rooms or a combination of spaces described below. Visit the Center Monday - Friday between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Please call ahead to arrange a tour of our facility. RULES FOR RENTING THE NFAA EASTON YANKTON ARCHERY CENTER Please read the following rules and initial each line, indicating that you understand and agree to abide by the rules. If you have any questions, please call us at 605-260-9282. Thank you! I am responsible for set up, breakdown and storage of the tables and chairs for my event. I understand that I must give a 3 week notice if I choose to have the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center set up and break down instead of doing it myself. I agree that if I cancel my reservation within 30 days of the event, I will forfeit my deposit. I am responsible for any damage or vandalism to the building or property. I agree to leave the facility and propery in the condition in which I found them. I agree NOT to leave the building unsupervised at any time. The responsible party for this rental will be on site at all times during the event. I agree that no alcohol is allowed inside or outside the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center building. I agree that there will be no smoking inside the building. I agree to remove all trash after the event and place it in designated outdoor trash receptacles. I will put new trash bags in the indoor trash receptacles. I agree to the cleaning guidelines as outlined in the Center s Cleaning Checklist that were given to me. NFAA EASTON YANKTON ARCHERY CENTER RENTAL AGREEMENT 1. First, read all the rules and rental fees. 2. Next, initial the rules on the sheet titled Rules for Renting the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center. 3. After completing #1 and #2, please read the statement below and sign it. RENTAL AGREEMENT I understand and agree to the following: * I am responsible for any vandalism or damage to the building and/or fixtures. As assurances of such responsibility, I am posting the required deposit, which will be returned to me by the 15th of the following month of the event, providing, * The NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center property is not damaged. * Equipment is properly stored * Additional cleanup is not needed to any area. * I understand that I have to provide insurance coverage for my event with the NFAA Foundation listed as additional insured. * I agree to leave the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center property in the condition in which I found it. * I agree to remain in the building until a NFAA staff member locks up. * I understand that a NFAA staff member will be present to open the facility for reserved events and that the NFAA staff member will close the builidng. * I have read and initialed the Rules for Use of the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center. I understand, agree and acknowledge that in the event the use of the premises is deemed to have violated any part of this Rental Agreement that a NFAA staff member may immediately and without prior warning terminate the use of the premises. Yankton Police Department: 605-668-5210 ACCESS AND SECURITY OF THE BUILDING A NFAA staff member will be present to open and close the facility. Renter MUST NOT leave the facility until the facility has been inspected and secured by the NFAA staff member. AUDIO/VISUAL EQUIPMENT A celing-mounted projector and wall-size screen are available in the first 10,000 square feet of the range. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will be subject to forfeit the full deposit. CENTER DIMENSIONS Refer to the Application or Rental Rates for square footage of each space. Ceiling height: 17-25. CLEAN-UP Renters are responsible for leaving the building, including the lobby, kitchen and bathrooms, in the condition in which it was rented (unless agreed upon before event). All equipment must be returned to the proper storage areas. Check with the NFAA staff on the proper way to store tables and chairs. Trash is to be placed in outside receptacles. Renters have the option to contract clean-up services through the Center. STAGE Stage is available as an ala-cart option. Contact NFAA staff member for details. PROHIBITIONS Renter is NOT permitted to have the following at any event without written permission of the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center: * Flammable substances * Firearms * Animals, except for seeing-eye dogs or similar canine companions * Alcoholic beverages * Illegal Drugs * Smoking * Machinery * Propers or other special equipment that potentially could damage the floors * Decorations attached to the walls or ceilings RESERVATIONS Reservations should be made well in advance. A date and space are not confirmed until a deposit, application fee and completed application are filed with the NFAA Easton Yankton Archery Center. Recurring use of the Center is available with the understanding that special-event programs take precedence and may require recurring renters to cancel or change their reserved date. RETURNED CHECKS There is a 25 charge for returned checks. TABLES and CHAIRS Tables and chairs are included in some rental options. Rectangular tables (8 seats 8). Round tables (5 seats 8). Renters are responsible for setting up and taking down chairs and tables. If you prefer to have the NFAA staff set-up and tear-down, you must contact the Center at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

NFAA EASTON YANKTON ARCHERY CENTER CLEANING CHECKLIST A NFAA staff member will be on hand throughout your event. They will show you how to properly set up, take down and store the tables and chairs. They will also provide you with garbage bags, wiping cloths and a special cleaner to use for the tabletops and counters. Please call on them should you need help. Remember - you must leave the Center in the condition you found it in order to get your full depoit refunded. Thank you! AFTER THE EVENT Clean all tables Take down and properly store all chairs and tables. (Ask the NFAA staff for directions). Clean up any spills on the floor: Sweeping is not required. Clean all counter space. Put trash in garbage bags and place bags in the outside dumpsters Have NFAA staff inspect and approve clean up.
