This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, improper care, or alteration by the purchaser, airlines, common carriers, or other third parties. If the case does not operate as warranted above, JELCO will repair or replace the defective merchandise at our option and expense. It is important to note that our warranty is not an unconditional warranty for the life of the product. All materials eventually wear out with normal use. Like any other product, it is not indestructible.
