SNG compound Tullinløkka All SNG s will be assigned parking at Tullinløkka which is in close proximity to the courthouse. Strict security measures govern parking and cable paths in the area around the courthouse: TV 2 Norway, in collaboration with the Oslo District Court, will offer broadcast services in connection to the upcoming trial. Live positions - Oslo Courthouse TV 2 will offer live positions in front of the courthouse: 2x4 meters 3x3 meters 16amp power Connection for SDI embedded to the SNG compound Power and termination point for the connection to the SNG compound will be placed by Oslo Courthouse, and broadcasters have to provide their own cables for connection to these points. Live roof top position view of Government Quarters For the duration of the trial a roof top live position will be available at TV 2. Terrace with view towards the government district, castle and the Oslo skyline. No other parking will be available due to security measures around the trial. No cabeling will be allowed from the SNG compound to the courthouse. All broadcasters will get a connection to the SDI that is drawn between the courthouse and Tullinløkka. There will be organized a fibre connection from all live positions in front of the courthouse to the SNG compound. Power is accessible at the SNG compound, 400V/32A. Communication: No IFB available, all broadcasters to establish their own radio communication or to use mobiles phones. Access to the pool production from the court room and the daily press briefing Access to the pool production must be cleared with NRK,(Norwegian public broadcaster). TV 2 Norway can handle access request from customers to NRK. At this time a rate card for the pool is not available. Restrooms will be available in the compound. Journalistic assistance TV 2 Norway will be offering journalists for news organizations that are not present in Oslo during the trail: Language: English Method: Live standups Live on tape Interviews Daily summary Archive material and highlights from the trial can be provided on request.

Bookings to be ordered by email to Foreign news coordinator, no later than March 20, 2012. Any order received later than March 20 is subject to availability and rates cannot be guaranteed. Booking confirmation will be issued by march 25, 2012. Payment Schedule TV 2 will issue two invoices for all services ordered: 1. 50% due April 1, 2012. 2. 50% after completion. Services ordered after April 1 will be invoiced fully immediately. Failure to meet the above payment schedule will result in cancelation of services. Booking information: All bookings are final. Bookings will be confirmed by email The services will be invoiced by TV 2 Norway. Services cancelled after the final confirmation date 25 of March will be fully charged. Booked facilities are available from 14 of April to 23 of June. Dates are subject to change. s General price information: Prices in the rate card are quoted in Euros.
