2017 E-Colors in Education is a public charity that is committed to delivering valuable, authentic and mindful coaching, as well as personal and professional development to every school in every nation

LEGACY What kind of legacy are you leaving both personally and professionally?

REAL TIME LEGACY THE POWER OF INTENTIONALITY People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel. Every day we face the decision to react or respond to different events that happen in our lives. Usually, when we choose to react or respond, we leave somebody with an experience. It can be said that the sum of those experiences over time will determine somebody s legacy.

E-COLORS IN S VISION Positively influencing every student, parent, educator and collaborator to become effective communicators, intentional leaders and caring citizens Using our core coaching tools such as the E-Colors and Personal Intervention, our vision is to help individuals, teams, organizations, schools and families realize their potential through heightened awareness, conscious choices and intentional leadership. We believe Performance Leads, Results Count. OUR CORE VALUE People First Our core value is People First because we believe that people are the most important part of any team, organization, school or family and the quality of the relationships we form determines the quality of the life we enjoy. OUR ETHICS Our Ethics encompass the following: Inclusion, Equality, Respect, Fun, Freedom to Express, Integrity, Dignity.

THE E-COLORS Heightened Awareness Equilibria has developed a Personality Diversity Indicator (PDI) called the E-Colors. The E-Colors emerged from various studies and extensive research into personality types and supplemented with 10 years of survey data collected by Equilibria. The tendencies listed reflect survey answers from respondents in each of the 12 E-Color populations. You might not identify with all the traits associated with your top E-Color. The nuances could arise from the fact that we have all 4 E-Colors within us in percentages that vary with each individual and so there may be certain tendencies that you relate more to and some that you relate less to. We use The Brain model to illustrate the basic concepts of the E-Colors. The Brain Diversity of Thought Action Oriented Needs less data Strengths Practical Strong willed Decisive Efficient Achiever Competitive Independent Strong Ego Potential Limiters Domineering Pushy Impatient Unapproachable Tough Harsh Poor listener Insensitive Strengths Optimistic Enthusiastic Persuasive Animated Talkative Stimulating Influencing People Oriented Potential Limiters Emotional Disorganized Excitable Reactive Undisciplined Vain Manipulative Over talkative Fast paced Information Oriented Needs more data Strengths Perfectionist Accurate Persistent Serious Analytical Orderly Cautious Logical DOER THINKER Potential Limiters Too serious Picky Judgmental Fears criticism Critical Self critical Procrastinate Detached SOCIALIZER RELATER Strengths Supportive Agreeable Contented Calm Amiable Thorough Dependable Loyal Potential Limiters Stubborn Unsure Awkward Possessive Insecure Resistant to change Slow to make a decision Reluctant to speak up Needs time to process Task oriented People oriented AN EQUILIBRIA COACHING TOOL

PERSONALITY VS CHARACTER Embracing Diversity Equilibria draws a distinction between a person s personality and their character. We use the iceberg illustration to explain how it is our personality that largely determines our needs driven reactions towards stimuli whereas it is our character that enables our values driven responses. By using, you will find that measured responses tend to yield better results in life than knee jerk reactions. PERSONALITY Our comfort zone How we react instinctively Our tendencies OUR PERSONALITY TYPICALLY DICTATES OUR REACTIONS CHARACTER Our ethics & morals Our commitments & values Our background & beliefs Our training, previous & reflective experiences Our awareness & self management of our Potential Limiters OUR CHARACTER TYPICALLY ALLOWS US TO RESPOND AN EQUILIBRIA COACHING TOOL

PERSONAL INTERVENTION Conscious Response Driven Behavior Once people develop a heightened awareness of their behavioral tendencies and communication styles through the E-Colors, they can start to use this knowledge to positively impact their lives and interaction with others by using. gives us the opportunity to make the right decisions at the right time. By managing our instinctive reactions and pressing our internal PLAY and PAUSE buttons, the right CHOICES can be made. AN EQUILIBRIA COACHING TOOL
