THE PAVILION With its 20-foot soaring ceiling, dramatic columns, and large roll-up glass doors, the Pavilion offers a striking indoor space for your event. The doors open out onto the Orange Court, creating a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor event areas. The Pavilion features a large projection screen, and two wall mounted monitors. Dimmable lighting allows flexibility to create the ambience you desire. The Pavilion is equipped with an inset bar and full kitchen that can be utilized for your catering needs. The Pavilion welcomes up to 150 guests for a seated event and 350 guests for standing events. THE GALLERIES Give your guests the unique opportunity to experience our current exhibitions. Access to the galleries is included in the facility fee. THE ORANGE COURT The Orange Court provides a lovely outdoor event space and can accommodate up to 180 guests seated. A large, well lit area, rimmed on either side by planters of bamboo, it is an elegant location to stage your event. The Orange Court features a grand white screen that serves as both a décor piece and audio visual screen. THE AUDITORIUM The auditorium seats 108 guests and lends itself to lectures, conferences, film and video previews, and small performances. The auditorium has theater-style seats with pull-up writing surfaces, a stage, and projection screen. A podium with microphone is available for use and included in the rental fee. Food & beverages can be served in the adjacent lobby. OCMA RENTAL FEES: Rental rates include full use of the property, consisting of the museum Pavilion and Orange Court, as well as a full kitchen and bar. Access to the galleries is included when an exhibition is on view. MUSEUM PAVILION, ORANGE COURT, GALLERIES 2 HOUR EVENT (excluding 2 hour load-in and 1 hour break down) $2,000 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday $3,000 Saturday, Sunday 2-5 HOUR EVENT (excluding 2 hour load-in and 1 hour break down) $3,000 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday $4,000 Saturday, Sunday AUDITORIUM 4 HOUR EVENT $600.00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday $800.00 Friday, Saturday, Sunday MUSEUM HOURS Mon Tue: Closed Wed Sun: 11am 5pm Fri: 11am 8pm AMENITIES Indoor drop-down screen, podium, wireless microphone, sound system for ipod or portable music connection, Bellini chairs, café tables, 6-ft tables, outdoor screen, onsite guest parking. ADDITIONAL FEES A City of Newport Beach permit fee of $147 applies to all events ending after 8pm or events with greater than 100 guests.
