Read the poem A Dead Boche by Robert Graves, then answer the questions which follow. Vocabulary bank Boche Mametz Wood an informal word for a German soldier the site of a terrible battle in France where many thousands of soldiers were killed in the first world war. Assessment Read all of the questions below and look at how many marks each one is awarded, then read the poem again before answering the questions. 1.
