POC: new height, new look (v142) Component tab Series[e] storage Available in following variants: POC800L (740) POC900L (740) POC800H (1246) POC900H (1246) To cabinets with width 800 you can use series[e] module 1P800 as an extension module. The low POC cabinet (L) has one shelf as insert. The high POC cabinet (H) is available with three inserts that you can change via the insert browser for series[e]. All POC cabinets will be left version when drawing them separately, if you want to change to right version you can do that in the Properties dialogue Left and Right version you also choose when you snapp the cabinet to a table like the old POC cabinets. 5
1. Back 2. The arrow indicates which direction the opening is. 3. Door As option to the high POC cabinets (H) there are different backs to the back of the insert. These you will find on the component tab Series[e] accessories. Add-on back - Fabric Add-on back - Whiteboard Acrylic back - Red, Orange, Turquoise & Violet On the same tab you ll also find these accessories: All of them will snap in the cabinet except for TARO180 that you order by adding it to the floor. (C7C4 that you can find under Inserts (series[e]) fits into POC and is ordered the same way as TARO180. 6

Oberon (v143) From v.143.000 accessories such as sliding top, panels, castors and power boxes are now available for Oberon. Table screens Rezon & Zonit 20 are available and the 'snap' function with chairs is now working. NB! Colours of metal on accessories is dependent on the choice of colour of the legs and the choice of wood is depending on the table top so as the EDU boxes are not available with fronts in black or Walnut they will automatically be in dark grey when added to table tops with these colours. 8
Prim (v144) Floor screen and Hanged screen are available in 4 different heights and 9 widths. Depending on height you can have between 2 and 6 modules. Two different feet are available to the floor screen. Table screens are available in 2 heights and 9 widths and can be ordered as Center, FlyBy and Divider. Standard Aluminium Hanged Centered With the icons below Material change you can increase or decrease the height, FlyBy330 FlyBy480 change screen size or change colour. 9

When connecting a screen with standard feet in 90 one of the standard feet will automatically be replaced by a support foot PRFO90. A similar support foot is also available for connection in 90 of floor screens with aluminium feet but since the aluminium feet are rotatable this support foot is to be found as an option under Accessories PRFOD90(5). Because of the change of the chamfered edge of series [P] it s no longer possible to add screens on series[p] tables with chamfered edge. Series[e] Wall mounted cabinets. (v146) Movex & Configura have now been updated with the choice of Under cabinet or Over cabinet even on doors with standard handles in combination with bottom shelf FRB and wall mounting kit HC800. Here is a short rehearsal of how to adjust this in Configura: The ability to change the handle position is controlled by the wall mounting kit HC800, when you have added that onto the cabinet you can change the handle position by so-called toggling. If you put the doors onto an open cabinet the doors will have the toggling possibility at once i.e. before you snap the doors you can move the mouse pointer up or down to choose between Under cabinet or Over cabinet. If you have added the doors on the cabinet before adding the HC800, you have to fetch a new pair of doors to be able to change the placement. 11
Series [T] & Series[P] (v146) The position of cut out for cable port T80 etc. has been adjusted in 2D & 3D. All holes have been moved further back on the tables and pos. DE middle is no longer centered. Old drawings will have a yellow cross and following information: The change is already implemented in the production. Combine (v146) The legs ELLE have been discontinued, for more information see Stargate. 12
Discontinued Products (v146) The component tab Discontinued Products has been updated. Brands (v146) To prepare for the introduction of more Drabert & MartinStoll products in Configura we have as a first step divided the component tabs. The products that were previously under the Kinnarps GmbH tab are now to be found under the new tabs, Drabert & MartinStoll. Xact 295P (147) Has been extended with choice of upholstered seat. 13

Drabert & MartinStoll (v148) After the relocation of production of our brands Drabert & MartinStoll we have now updated Configura. All Drabert & MartinStoll products you ll find under the tab Brands. These products are ordered in the same way as other Kinnarps products available under the tab Kinnarps. To get the best overview of the products as possible, they are divided into several component tabs. Because some of the chairs have long names and descriptions a tip can be to search by part of the name as example Coll for Collection C. One difference for these chairs towards Kinnarps chairs is that most of the accessories are available in a browser that you access via the component tab. Some accessories/options can be found only in the properties dialogue as example Contrasting upholstery which we have chosen to put there both to reduce choices on the component tabs and to make it as visual as possible. Contrasting upholstery means that you can select a part of the chair in a different colour in the same fabric. For more information about the products see Product facts in Stargate. 16
Origo (v148) Origo has been updated with two new fixed legs: FBEN760 FBEN860 Since before we have the fixed leg FBEN (740mm). The adjustable legs have been updated with a choice of a new castor M4F. For more information see Product facts in Stargate. 17
Function Configura Walkthrough (v143) We're proud to introduce Configura Walkthrough! This brand new feature helps you wow the clients by showing them in real-time exactly what their space will look like. You can move around in 3D, go back and forth, move up and down and turn 360 degrees around. A walkthrough adds a nice sense of realism and puts the viewer in the driving seat. Go on - try it out! To use the Walkthrough feature, Configura needs to run in advanced graphics mode. Removed and added new fields in the customer dialogue (v143) Enter the customer's order date Now you can enter the customer s order date in the customer dialogue, second tab: quotation / order see image below. This date will also be sent in to the order in Movex. Removed fields in the customer dialogue and soon we're moving promised delivery fields We also cleaned out the fields for Movex order number that no longer serves any purpose to have left here. We will also in the near future move the fields promised delivery to the tab where you will mail / order sends your orders. 19
Financing per room / location marking (v143) (This is only for Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland) By selecting the option: Hide total sum, one can in the quotation / proposal provides a financing proposal on each marking (room / location marking). Place your mouse arrow on the question mark (see red arrow in image below), up comes a text informing you that we recommend that you choose to show the quotation / proposal in gross, you should also choose option: Show discount on each row, to make it as clear as possible customer. After each marking is a line with new frame with information about the finance, first is heading: Lease Financing, then the room marking information, after that a header with: Rent/month excl. VAT and last the value of the financing on the above marking. 20
Last in the quote / proposal will the text box with financing information be exactly as before but it is now no total amount of financing throughout the offer / proposal. 21
Fields: Promised delivery of Kinnarps furniture moved (v144) The dialogue for Mail order/order sending is changed (v144) Now we have moved fields to specify promised delivery of Kinnarps furniture from customer dialogue to Order tab in the print dialog. (Drawing, quotation and order) In doing so, we have changed and "tidied" improved the dialogue to email / order sending dialogue. Nowadays, each "warehouse" has a proprietary container (within the same framework). All functions works as before this change. Some functions have new headlines. Stop order for central managing to: Stop order in Movex. Clear order number to: Delete order history. Fields to specify a promised delivery is only activated if you selected a customer. A seller does not have to select a "warehouse" to be able to email their orders. New look on the tab for the Sellers New look on tab for the order sender 22
Verify Drawing - Warning of customization on Oberon table (v146) This warning applies only to those who order send om-files to Movex. Now there is the same warning at Oberon table with customization as we have on Series T table. When this warning appears in Verify drawing, you must read the complete customizing text on the table to see if it has to be a changing of leg size. Read the complete customization text carefully, sometimes the sellers miss to specify that a leg has to be change to another size. If you are unsure, it is better to double check with the seller or the customization group at Kinnarps AB. Change of leg size must be done in Movex because we cannot do this in Configura. Hang the order before the order is sent into Movex, and then go in and re-register the article and make the change of the leg size on the keypad: Open Line (see image below) In this case, the leg SSOB1000 changed to an 800 leg. Place the cursor on the line of the leg and SSOB1000 change to SSOB800 This picture shows that the 1000 leg is replaced to an 800 leg, confirm with enter and continue with the article configuration. 23
Texture on custom upholstery (147) In the dialogue Kinnarps custom upholstery is it now possible to add a picture reference (texture). Click on button Texture settings in the Settings tab to manage your custom upholstery. On the left side can you see which image is linked to the respective custom upholstery. To add a texture, click the browse button (1). Once you have selected your image, it will appear on the left side (2). It is important that the image contains a full report and is tileable. If the picture is t tileable will it look strange on the product (6). The most common problem is that you get frames in your texture and this is because the image is not tileable. 2 5 4 3 1 Enter the width and height (3) in centimeter in which the real scale the texture are in. It is very important that you specify the correct size otherwise the texture will appear incorrectly on the product. You have responsibility as a user for the solution you present is consistent with the product in reality. 24
Configura automatically generates an RGB color from the image you select. This color is used on the products in Configura 2D graphic. If you not are satisfy with the results, 6 you can manually choose your color by specify your own RGB code by click the RGB setting (4) and choose your color. If you want to remove your texture, click on the button "Remove texture" (5). Field: Promised by, promised delivery for Kinnarps furniture (v147.050) We have for some time back had some misguided on the field, Promised by, the promised delivery date for Kinnarps furniture, this field should not be left blank when you entered a promised week or day, but unfortunately the warning has not work, and many have missed to specify who promised date on Kinnarps delivery department. This is now fixed but it led to that we had to change a bit how it works. When you specify a promised delivery week / day and don t enter Promised by, you cannot mail your order; to email you must specify Promised by. You do not mark a warehouse to be able to email your order. 25
