THE MORNING OF THE WEDDING PLAYLIST On the morning of your big day you have a lot to think about and do. To keep you calm and focused we recommend some easy listening music to help you get ready for the joy and excitement that awaits you. The playlist below are some special songs that let you reflect on the love between you and your soon to be partner for life. It is also important that your bridesmaids are also relaxed and focused and is a great time to bond with some singing and lip-syncing. Below are some of my personal choices for striking that happy romantic balance on the morning of your wedding. "Chapel of Love" The Dixie Cup "Sugar Honey Iced Tea" Kelis "Love on Top" Beyoncé "Butterflies" Michael Jackson "How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved by You)" James Taylor "Lovely Day" Bill Withers (DJ Eleven Remix) "As" Stevie Wonder "Forever" Chris Brown "Nothin On You" B.o.B feat Bruno Mars "Glamorous" Fergie "Say A Little Prayer" Aja (Dionne Warwick cover) "White Wedding" Billy Idol "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" Cyndi Lauper "What About Your Friends" TLC "Candy Girl" New Edition "I m in Love" Evelyn "Champagne" King "That s What Friends Are For" Dionne Warwick Page 1

Wedding ceremony processional songs It's almost here the most important day of your life! All of the planning and preparation is finally about to pay off, and you need the right music to set the stage. After the butterflies have settled a bit, it will be time to stroll down the aisle. That s where I, the DJ, comes in. The wedding ceremony is arguably the pinnacle of any wedding. It s the point where the couple is officially joined in marriage. The music should be fitting such an important occasion. Some couples prefer the traditional tunes of the Bridal Chorus, the prelude to Act III of the Lohengrin Opera (also known as Here Comes the Bride ). Other couples may prefer a song that symbolizes their love for one another, à la Light My Fire by The Doors. The great thing about all of the songs listed below is that they come in various instrumentals, from steel drum bands, to string and brass orchestras. Couples always usually seem to find a way to mix the classical with the funky. With many wonderful tunes to choose from, here is my list of processional songs for the traditional and not so traditional couple: Classical: Pachelbel s Canon Johann Pachelbel A Midsummer Night s Dream, Op 61 Boston Pops Orchestra Lohengrin: Prelude to Act III Stephen Cleobury Romeo and Juliet: Love Theme - Arthur Fiedler and Boston Pops Orchestra Funky: Best of My Love The Emotions Love s Theme Love Unlimited Orchestra Just My Imagination The Temptations Isn t She Lovely Stevie Wonder Soulful: Ribbon in the Sky - Stevie Wonder All My Life KCi & JoJo At Last - Etta James If This World Were Mine Cheryl Lynn and Luther Vandross Indie: First Day of My Life - Bright Eyes Somewhere Over the Rainbow Israel Kamakawiwo ole Don t You (Forget About me) Vitamin String Quartet Light My Fire (String Quartet Tribute to The Doors) - Vitamin String Quartet Page 2

Wedding ceremony recessional songs You've just shared your first kiss a married couple, and the wedding ceremony is over. The excitement is through the roof and you re both beaming with happiness. Now you re ready to party! Countless hours of planning and months of waiting have culminated to that big kiss, which launches you into a new chapter in your lives. It s a life changing moment, marked by huge smiles, a few happy tears and, of course, some music! The big question is what s the first song you ll hear together as newly joined lifelong partners? Get ready, because it s time to walk it out back down the aisle! Here, some songs I recommend for you and your dearly beloved as you take your first steps together as newlyweds. Traditional: Sonata for Trumpet and Strings - Peter Hurford Trumpet Voluntary - Wynton Marsalis Eine Kleine Nachtmusik - Academy of St. Martin In the Field Modern: In Your Eyes - Peter Gabriel Beautiful Day - U2 Just Like Heaven - String Quartet Tribute to The Cure Soulful: I Got You (I Feel Good) - James Brown Signed, Sealed, Delivered - Stevie Wonder Spend My Life With You - Eric Benet Indie: "Hold You in My Arms" - Ray LaMontagne Home - Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros I Was Made For You - She & Him Page 3

RECEPTION ENTRY SONG Through my experience, entrance songs tend to be that one song that can (and should) stick out stylistically from anything else played during the evening. I recommend songs that pack a big punch, either from the energy of the music or from the romantic verbiage in the lyrics. Your entrance song should be somewhat familiar to your audience, since it's typically played for just a limited amount of time. Consider: 15 seconds into the song "Crazy in Love" by Beyoncé won't have her actually saying those words, but since the song is familiar, it will be deduced. Here, my favorite entrance songs: "Sweet Disposition" - The Temper Trap "Beautiful Day" - U2 "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" - Queen "You Make My Dreams Come True" - Hall & Oates "Show Me Love" - Robin S. "I Feel Good (I Got You)" - James Brown "By Your Side" - Sade "Crazy in Love" - Beyoncé "Now That We Found Love" - Heavy D "Pump It" - Black Eyed Peas "Rock and Roll" - Led Zeppelin "It Takes Two" - Rob Base & DJ EZ Rock "Without You" - Usher (use the beat part) "Real Love" - Mary J Blige "Lust For Life" - Iggy Pop "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" - The Darkness "God Only Knows" - The Beach Boys "Just Can't Get Enough" - Depeche Mode All You Need Is Love Another One Bites The Dust At Last Beautiful Day Bitter Sweet Symphony Bring 'Em Out By Your Side Celebration Crazy in Love Crazy Little Thing Called Love Don't Stop Believin' Enter Sandman Eye Of The Tiger Feel So Close Beatles Queen Etta James U2 The Verve T.I. COCKTAIL HOUR SONGS The key to creating the perfect soundtrack for cocktail hour is choosing feelgood songs with a relaxed, mellow vibe. This is the time to play any songs that you love that are not quite danceable. My personal favorites to play at this time are from "legendary crooners" like Frank Sinatra and Nat King Cole. You can't go wrong with classics like "The Way You Look Tonight" and "Unforgettable." Add into the mix some motown, doowop, and soul from the 50's and 60's, like Aretha Franklin, the Temptations, The Four Seasons, Sam Cooke, and Smokey Robinson and the Miracles. If you're a rock lover, there are plenty of great jams to get the night started from bands like Coldplay, U2, Radiohead, Florence and The Machine, and Arcade Fire. If jazz is your thing, classics from Miles Davis, Thelonious Monk, Ronnie Foster, Ella Fitzgerald, Sara Vaughn and Billie Holiday are ideal picks. For the soul/funk fan, Chaka Khan, The Brand New Heavies, Earth Wind & Fire, Al Green, Roy Ayers, and Curtis Mayfield are perfect artists to throw into the mix. Here's a sample cocktail hour playlist from all different genres: COCKTAILHOUR PLAYLIST "Here Comes The Sun" - The Beatles "Just My Imagination" - The Temptations "I Second That Emotion" - Smokey Robinson and The Miracles "Luck Be A Lady" - Frank Sinatra "It's Love" - Jill Scott "Kiss Is On My List" - Hall & Oates "Peg" - Steely Dan "Better Together" - Jack Johnson "Outstanding" - The Gap Band "Yellow" - Coldplay "Sweetest Thing" - U2 "That's Where It's At" - Sam Cooke "Is This Love" - Bob Marley "LOVE" - Nat King Cole "Ain't That A Kick On The Head" - Dean Martin "By Your Side" - Sade "Alright" - Jamiroquai "I Believe (When I Fall In Love It Will Be Forever)" - Stevie Wonder "Lost Without You" - Robin Thicke "Your Song" - Elton John "Wonderful Tonight" - Eric Clapton Page 6

"Lowdown" - Boz Scaggs "The Very Thought Of You" - Billie Holiday "That's How Strong My Love Is" - Otis Redding "What a Fool Believes" - The Doobie Brothers "I Know You, I Live You" - Chaka Khan "You're All I Need to Get By" - Marvin Gaye "Cruisin" - D' Angelo "You Are the Best Thing" - Ray Lamontagne "That's the Way of the World" - Earth Wind & Fire Mumford & Sons: Their great acoustic soundis excellent for the cocktail hour. I like to play this before the dance set to create energy for the crowd to start dancing. Guests will often pour out to the floor and start dancing when the song crescendos (as almost every Mumford & Sons song does.) Songs to Try: "The Cave," "Sigh No More," "Little Lion Man." Bruno Mars: Bruno Mars writes lyrics that every guy wants to sing to the girl he loves. He s immensely popular but still credible because of his superb songwriting. Almost all of his top singles are wedding appropriate. Songs to Try: "Just the Way You Are," "Count on Me," "Marry You." Portishead: This band, while not new, is still gaining popularity. When couples ask me for a sexy vibe during cocktail hour, there s no better choice than Portishead. Their jazzy sound hits the mark every time. Songs to Try: "It Could Be Sweet," "Wandering Star," "Glory Box." Mayer Hawthorne: I can t say anything bad about him. He s got music for almost everything but dancing. When people are dining or sipping drinks, his music is perfect to create a mellow vibe for conversations and relaxing. Songs to Try: "Hooked," "Make Her Mine," "Finally Falling." The Foreign Exchange: They have a new record out that is sexy, soulful, and cooled out. If you re going for the NYC lounge sound for your cocktail hour, this is the artist to play. Songs to Try: "Sweeter Than You," "Happiness," "Daykeeper." The xx: If the couple tells me they want indie rock for their cocktail hour and/or dinner music, The xx must be played. They have a supple minimalist sound that sounds like it was created specifically to play while sipping cocktails. Songs to Try: "Infinity," "Islands," "Stars." Brazilian music: Sexy+summer+evening = Brazil. Brazilian house and bossa nova are growing in popularity and are two of the most elegant genres of world music that will consume your guests into an exciting and exotic vibe. Songs to Try: "Bat Macumba" by Os Mutantes, "Irene" by Caetano Veloso, "Amor I Love You" by Marisa Monte. DJ Shadow: You cannot lose with Shadow. His first album, Endtroducing, is packed with vibey instrumentals that are perfect for creating chill and enjoyable listening. Songs to Try: "Six Days," "Midnight in a Perfect World," "I've Been Trying." She & Him: They have a diverse sound that is new with a hint of retro, perfect for an upbeat cocktail hour and/or dinner. Songs to Try: "In the Sun," "Sweet Darlin'," I Was Made for You. Page 7

CAKE CUTTING SONGS The cake cutting is a traditional wedding element that can either be simple and sweet or playful and funny, and the music played should reflect the mood that a couple wants to create. Whether a couple opts to slice hand in hand, playfully smear a dab of icing on the nose, or take a full merengue pie to the face (yes, it s happened!), the song played during the cake cutting tells as much about the couple s personality as does the wedding cake flavor. Here are some interesting song options to inspire your simple, sweet, or funny wedding cake cutting. Be sure to tell your DJ which portion of the song you d like to play during your big moment. Happy cutting! Songs That Play on the "Sweet" Moment: "I Want Candy" - Bow Wow Wow "Sugar Sugar" - The Archies "Ice Cream" - Sarah McLachlan "Cut The Cake" - Average White Band Songs With a More Traditional Feel: "This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)" - Natalie Cole "How Sweet It Is" - James Taylor "Be Ever Wonderful" - Earth, Wind & Fire "A Wink and a Smile" - Harry Connick, Jr. Songs to Create a Sweet, Lighthearted Moment: "I Got You Babe" - Sonny and Cher "Happy Together" - The Turtles "You're My Best Friend" - Queen "For the Longest Time" - Billy Joel Songs With a Fun Twist: "Love You Madly" - Cake "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" - Pat Benatar "Pour Some Sugar on Me" - Def Leppard "Cuts Like a Knife" - Bryan Adams Page 8

THE FIRST DANCE (BRIDAL WALTZ) When music is a very important part of your life, it s especially key to find the right song to complement your first dance as a newlywed couple. My personal favorites to spin for special moments like these are songs that are just as unique as the couple that s dancing to them. As a professional DJ, the best advice I can give is this: The first dance is one of those magical moments where time stands still, the spotlight is shining bright, and all eyes are on you, so literally anything goes as far as pairing music to your perfect moment. This is an amazing opportunity to spotlight any song that s personally meaningful to the both of you as you take center stage and shine. Here are a few different styles and examples to help you along your way. Classic: In My Life - Beatles It Had to be You - Harry Connick Jr. At Last - Etta James Once in My Life - Stevie Wonder Into the Mystic - Van Morrison God Only Knows - Beach Boys Romantic: In Your Eyes - Peter Gabirel Fade Into You - Mazzy Star Falling Slowly - Glen Hansard and Marketa Irglova The Luckiest - Ben Folds Soulful: If I Could Write a Book - Ella Fitzgerald My Baby Just Cares for Me - Nina Simone I Belong to You - Lenny Kravitz I m Glad You re Mine - Al Green Fever - Peggy Lee Fun: You Can Never Tell - Chuck Berry Por Una Cabeza (from Scent of a Woman and True Lies) - Carlos Gardel Love Theme - The Godfather Soundtrack I Wanna Grow Old With You - Adam Sandler Never Gonna Give You Up - Rick Astley (Rick Roll your own wedding!) Indie: Hysteric - Yeah Yeah Yeahs Heartbeats - Jose Gonzalez The First Day of My Life" - Bright Eyes "I Will Follow You into the Dark - Death Cab for Cutie Page 9

Your first dance should definitely be to a song that's sentimental to both of you. Maybe you heard the song on your first dance and it reminds you of that date every time you hear it. It doesn't matter if it's not a popular song or easily recognizable by the guests at the wedding; as long as the two of you will be taken back to that moment as you're dancing to it. Keep in mind that it should definitely be danceable, too. In fact, the only time I would suggest using a song that does not have some sentimental value or attachment is if your first dance is choreographed and the song chosen is to accommodate the choreography. It's also becoming popular these days to have your first dance song remixed, mashed up, or even made original just for your big day. Virtually all Scratch Weddings DJs are producers as well and can handle a remix or mashup. I've also seen friends or family members of the couple creating an original piece and singing it live for the first dance. Nice touch! One other thing to remember is that you can't predict how fast or slow the time may pass while you're up there in front of everyone. In my experience, three minutes is about the maximum anyone lasts. You can ask your DJ to cut the music at a designated time or agree on a signal when you want to cut the song. Or, open the floor to your guests halfway through. If you don t have a song that s special to you both and are looking for something that hasn't been overdone, my personal picks are: "All About Our Love" - Sade "I Wanna Be Your Man" - Roger & Zapp "Drops of Jupiter" - Train "Lucky" - Colbie Caillat and Jason Mraz "Faithfully" - Journey "Unchained Melody" - Righteous Brothers "Something Good" - The Sound of Music Soundtrack "So Close" - Jon McLaughlin "Blackbird" - The Beatles "Ordinary People" - John Legend "Your Song" - Elton John "Just the Way You Are" - Bruno Mars Page 10

FATHER DAUGHTER DANCE This is always a tough song to pick because the selection is somewhat limited. It's even more challenging if your taste in music doesn't line up with dad's. To find a song that makes you both happy and shows the importance of your relationship, consider selecting modern version of Dad's favorite song, like a Michael Bublé cover of his favorite Frank Sinatra or Queen song. Below are some of my recommendations. Classics: "Have You Seen Her Face" The Byrds "God Only Knows" The Beach Boys "Pretty Woman" Roy Orbison "Teach Your Children" Crosby, Stills, Nash, & Young For the Rocker Dad: "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" Queen "Make Me Smile" Chicago "Somebody s Baby" Jackson Browne "She s The One" Bruce Springsteen For the Smooth Dad: "Never Too Much" Luther Vandross "Thank You" Boyz II Men "Sugar Dumpling" Sam Cooke For the Funny Dad: "Sharp Dressed Man" ZZ Top "(I Know) I m Losing You" The Temptations "They Can t Take That Away From Me" Frank Sinatra "She s Gone" Hall & Oates For the Bookish Dad: "Happy Just To Dance With You" The Beatles "Daughters of the Soho Riots" The National "Wildflowers" Tom Petty Page 11

MOTHER SON DANCE The mother son dance is one of the sweetest moments at any wedding. It s filled with love, joy, pride, and a hint of the bittersweet as a mother witnesses her son become a husband. There are so many lovely songs to express this special moment; picking one that is unique to your mother son bond will make this memory unforgettable. Here are a few suggestions that span the classics, a few under the radar choices, and one or two songs with a fun twist. Have fun selecting the right song, and make your mom proud! For Soulful Moms "A Song For Mama" - Boyz II Men A bit of a tear jerker, but this 90 s hit is a classic for the groom who is still a proud mama s boy. "God Bless The Child" the original Billie Holiday version or Tony Bennett s version A classic, plain and simple. Both Billie and Tony do it justice; pick the artist your mom likes more. "My Mother's Eyes" - Etta Jones A jazzy and sweet song for a slower mother son dance. "To Zion" Lauryn Hill A great choice for a modern mom with a big heart. For Country Mamas "I Hope You Dance" - Lee Ann Womack A new country classic that hits a sentimental yet joyful note. "Coat of Many Colors" Dolly Parton A whimsical but touching country classic that your mom probably already knows and loves. "My Wish" Rascal Flatts A modern country hit with a great melody and a positive message. For Sentimental Moms "Beautiful Boy" John Lennon A great tribute to a loving son. "In My Life" The Beatles The quintessential song about the bond between parent and child. "I ll Have to Say I Love You in a Song" Jim Croce A simple song with big meaning for this special moment. Page 12

"Teach Your Children" Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young A great choice for mums who remember (and love) the music of the 60 s and 70 s. "What a Wonderful World" - Louis Armstrong This is the classic motherson dance song. It s not "fresh," but it never gets old. For Moms with a Humorous Side "Take Your Mama" Scissor Sisters A really upbeat and fresh song for a lighthearted dance that guests will love to watch. "Mama Tried" - Merle Haggard A great track for the formerly rebellious groom who wants to tease his mom a little bit. "Your Mama Don't Dance" - Loggins & Messina A humorous twist on the occasion with a song everyone knows and loves. For the Rocker Mom "Sweet Child O' Mine" - Guns N' Roses A fun song for an upbeat mother son dance. "Simple Man" Lynyrd Skynyrd A slower rock song that s a mom tribute. Page 13

GET THE GROOMS MEN DANCING So it s the big day. The knot has been tied, pictures have been taken, the bride and groom have both said "I do." Naturally, some traditions have been observed, like the roast er, toast delivered by the best man, including embarrassing stories of streaking or falling asleep in a college lecture. When the formalities are all said and done, it s time to boogie. But while everyone else is ready to hit the dance floor, isn t it always the groomsmen who hang back, playing it cool on the sidelines with their drinks and social pleasantries? See something wrong with this picture? Me too! No groomsman doing the shopping cart?! No comical attempts at break dancing or dance-offs to see who can do the most outrageous MC Hammer impressions?! Time to change that, stat. To do so, I have the perfect musical blueprint guaranteed to get those fellas moving like the good ole days at the frat house. " Party Rock Anthem" LMFAO Because you gotta get things started. "Don t Stop Believin " Journey A room full of grown men belting out Phil Collins? Yeeeah "The Humpty Dance" Digital Underground The dance for everyone who can t. "I m Too Sexy" Right Said Fred Jersey Shore, anyone? "Teach Me How To Dougie" Cali Swag District Because everyone has tried to at some point. "Rock and Roll All Nite" Kiss Nothing to say the title says it perfectly. "It Takes Two" Rob Bass & DJ EZ Rock Remember those attempts at break dancing in college? "Jump Around" House of Pain When you can t think of anything else to do. "Sexy and I Know It" LMFAO Because all the groomsmen think they re studs in their formal duds. "I Just Wanna Love You" JayZ Because nobody can resist singing along to this one. Put these in rotation and you won t be able to pull your groom s men off the floor! Trust me, the dance floor photo mementos that will result are sure to be priceless Page 14

GARTER TOSS SONGS The garter toss is most definitely the naughtiest, sexiest, funniest, and usually most embarrassing moment of a wedding. This old time tradition simply cannot go down without laughs, cheers, ohh, ahhs, and bright red faces. The recipe is classic and simple: Make the newly appointed husband reach up the dress of his beautiful wife in front of their parents, extended family, friends, and maybe even a bunch of people they are meeting for the first time. Then have the groom throw it at all the single guys in the room! A moment like this encompasses a lot of emotions and reactions within a very short time, so you better make sure the music is right. Here, I collected a bunch of classic songs used for the garter toss. Enjoy! Songs from Movies: Indian jones Theme Song Mission impossible Theme Song Superman Theme Song "Highway to the Danger Zone" - Kenny Loggins (from Top Gun) Rock Sings: "A Little Less Conversation" - Elvis Presley "American Woman" - Lenny Kravitz "Bad to the Bone" - George Thorogood and the Destroyers "Legs" - ZZ Top "Cherry Pie" - Warrant "Foxy Lady" - Jimi Hendricks "Lay Your Hands on Me" - Bon Jovi Pop Songs "Bad Boys" - Inner Circle "Dirrty" - Christina Aguilera "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?" - Rod Stewart "Hot Legs" - Rod Stewart "Big Spender" - Shirley Bassey "Bootylicious" - Destiny's Child Funky Songs "Brick House" - The Commodores "You Sexy Thing" - Hot Chocolate "She s A Bad Mama Jama" - Carl Carlton Hip Hop Songs "Girls, Girls, Girls" - JayZ "Girls" - Beastie Boys "I Like the Way You Move" - Outkast "Lapdance" - N.E.R.D. BOUQUET TOSS SONGS The traditional pass the torch moment at a wedding is the bouquet toss. It s fun, silly, competitive and, when done right, is sure to provide everyone with a good laugh. The right music really sets the tone as the single ladies assemble on the dance floor for the toss. It s meant to be an energetic slice of the wedding reception, and the music should reflect that. Here are some of my top picks for this lighthearted moment between a bride and her female family members and friends: "American Woman" Lenny Kravitz "Another One Bites the Dust" Queen "Eye of the Tiger" Survivor "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" Cyndi Lauper "Hey Ladies" Beastie Boys "One Way Or Another" Blondie "Ladies Night" Kool & The Gang "Whatta Man" SaltNPepa "Wishin & Hopin " Dusty Springfield "You Sexy Thing" Hot Chocolate "I'm So Excited" The Pointer Sisters Dance Floor Stars Flo Rida: I m finding more and more that playing Flo Rida gets everyone up dancing, no matter when I play it. He keeps putting out infectious dance floor hits that people love to dance floor. Songs to Try: "Club Can't Handle Me," "Good Feeling," "Low." Pitbull: Not only does he have hits, his hits span across pop, Latin, house, and hip hop audiences. He can do no wrong when it s time to party. Songs to Try: "Give Me Everything" (feat. NeYo, Nayer, and Afrojack), "The Anthem" (feat. Lil Jon), "Shut it Down" (feat. Akon). Rihanna: Every boyfriend or husband will get dragged to the dance floor when the beginning of We Found Love hits. Everyone knows and loves her songs. Songs to Try: "We Found Love," "Cheers," "What's My Name" (feat. Drake). Phoenix: The indie band that isn t too indie. 1901 is probably their most popular song, but you d be surprised how their other music keeps people grooving. Songs to Try: "Lisztomania" (original version or Shook Remix), "1901," "If I Ever Feel Better." Avicii (aka Tim Berg): If the bride says, I really like house and club music, this is the guy right now. Malo and Levels are already dance floor classics, and when the club music from the 2010s makes its resurrection in 2050, I m sure this guy s going to be one of the biggest artist of the era. Song to Try: "Levels," "Malo," "Seek Bromance." David Guetta: This guy is like the king of commercial club music right now, and he has numerous big hits that guests love to dance to. Songs to Try: "Without You" (feat. Usher), "Memories" (feat. Kid Cudi), Gettin' Over" (feat. Chris Willis, Fergie, and LMFAO). Lupe Fiasco: At the end of the night, you can t go wrong with this artist. If there s a lull in energy, this will get everyone right back to a level 10. Songs to Try: "Out of My Head" (feat. Trey Songz), "The Show Goes On," "Superstar" (feat. Matthew Santos). Page 16

THE LAST SONG Choosing the last song for a wedding can sometimes be a very tricky job. It s the final note of a couple s big day, and the last memory the guests will have of the entire night. Not just any song will do. I tend to choose songs that bring people back to a certain time in their life, and I try to keep it upbeat to go out with the energy high and hands in the air but will gladly put on a more sentimental song if the couple wants to end on a sweeter note. Here, my top picks to end your party on the right note: Classic Goodbyes to Keep Em Dancing "Last Dance" - Donna Summer "You Shook Me All Night Long" - AC/DC "Don t Stop Believin'" - Journey "Don't Stop" - Fleetwood Mac Sweet Goodbyes "Time Of Your Life" - Green Day "I Don't Want to Miss a Thing" - Aerosmith "Time Of Your Life" - Dirty Dancing Soundtrack "One Love/People Get Ready" - Bob Marley Modern & High Energy Last Notes "Dynamite" - Taio Cruz "One More Time" - Daft Punk "Let It Rock" - Kevin Rudolf A Little Humorous "Another One Bites the Dust" - Queen "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)" - The Proclaimers "Late in the Evening" - Paul Simon "After Midnight" - Eric Clapton Page 17

PS I Love You A more unique choice, this one resonates with classic early Beatles harmonies and a sweet 60 s love song vibe. Your thoughts? Father-Daughter Dance I m Happy Just to Dance With You This is a great mid-tempo dance song that s fun yet sweet for the father-daughter moment. Take Good Care of My Baby The Beatles didn t technically write this one, but we recommend their fantastic cover of this great father-daughter dance song. Mother-Son Dance In My Life This one can also work for father-daughter dance, but we ve found that moms really dig this song s emotional lyrics about a love that transcends all others. What do you think? Hey Jude Written for John Lennon s son, this song holds a lovely message of hope and love, perfect for a mother-son moment. What do you think? Garter Toss She s A Woman Originally a B-side to the more well-known I Feel Fine," this sexy song is a great choice for the garter toss. Cake Cutting All My Loving Can t Buy Me Love All My Loving This song is a perfect mix of sweet and playful, that won t fall flat during the cake-cutting. Can t Buy Me Love This song brings a bit of whimsy to the cake-cutting moment and will create some great photographic moments couples can t help but smile big when this song is playing. Page 20

Dance Songs Twist and Shout The Beatles did a famous cover of this classic dance song. We may dig it even more than the original Isley Brothers version. ObLaDi, ObLaDa If you want everyone to be dancing AND singing, this is a can t miss hit to create unity in the crowd. Eight Days a Week A high energy love song that everyone loves to dance to. Last Song A Hard Day s Night When everyone s tired from dancing the night away, end with this Beatles classic to keep the energy high for one last song. It's ironic and fun for the moment. Here Comes the Sun This song works at the last song as well sure, it might not be dawn (technically), but closing out the party with this anthem is a fantastic way to end the night on a positive note.
