Overview Current State of Project - Improved to Watch Accomplished Since Last Week Through much hard work, the project improved overall to a status of watch. Modality Cutover and Integrated Workstation work streams both improved from watch to on-track, while Go-Live/Cutover improved to watch. Super User and H&V training have started. Xero e-learning created by Dr. Alper. Modality worklist and storage testing is ahead of schedule. 76% of workstations are imaged for deployment. Technical dress rehearsal plans for workstations were completed. MRN conversion planning is complete. Infrastructure testing plan is complete. All final cutover plans have been created for all work streams.
Overview Current State of Project - Watch; improving Work Stream Detail Status Build, Workflows & Infrastructure Modality Worklists & Cutover Integrated Workstations Data & Image Migration Training Downtime, Cutover & Go-Live H&V: XML mapping to finish. Radiology: Agfa needs to finalize build and obtain sign off by 9/1. Quite off track with users not added yet to LDAP; second data center incomplete. Overall: Work stream improved to on-track. Overall: Work stream improved to on-track. H&V: CVMD user not working in worklist mode. Overall: 2-Year goal complete for all legacy images. Specialty/body part mapping issues between Epic and Agfa may create relevant prior and hanging protocol issues.; second data center storage not in place; Needs more validation from Radiology clinicians. Overall: Recommend Physician Super Users demonstrate future-state workflow proficiency. Need to begin rad tech training. Training feedback needs to be collected. Overall: Cutover plans exist but need melding and further refinement. Shift planning for go-live not completed.
Overview Current State of Project - Watch; improving General methodology for getting back on track Removing items from scope for post-live optimization instead. Created War Room. Work divided into 6 work streams, each with a leader (parallelizing efforts). Daily stand-up held for action items, roadblocks and escalations; leadership invited to attend. UMass/Agfa Senior leadership meetings daily. Added six more staff members: Jennifer Sandvick, Mark DesRoches, Clifford Williams, Don Crail, Stacey Spencely, Tim Brick Added three leaders: Jeff Marx, MSM, PMP, ITIL; Will Smith, IS Project Manager; Anthony Mello, Senior Clinical Project Manager
