STAGE Minimum stage dimensions: TECHNICAL SHEET Show: Machine de Cirque Width: Depth: Height: 10 metres (plus 2.5m of wings on either side) / 32 feet (plus 8 ft of wings on either side) 10 metres / 32 feet (plus a backstage area to be able to move around behind the stage) 6.7 metres / 22 feet under the lights and without obstruction *Contact the Company if the stage is smaller. Audience location: facing the stage only (picture-frame stage) Scenery Black scenery including: A backdrop with a center opening (no opening system required) A series of legs and borders placed to hide the wings and the flies (see lighting plan, Appendices C and D) German legs to hide the backstage side walls if necessary ANCHORING The buyer must provide 6 anchor points weighting 1,135 kg (2,500 lbs); (1 cubic yard of concrete = 2,500 lbs = 1,134 kg). (See the plan in Appendix A for ideal position of the anchor points.) Moving some of the anchor points can be considered, if necessary, to accommodate the layout of the various venues. Anchor points can be concrete blocks with steel rings, water tanks, floor anchors built into the stage or something else. The Company can also provide, upon request, steel anchor plates that will be screwed into a wood or concrete floor. These anchor plates must be requested at least three months before the event. In the case of a wood floor, each anchor plate will be screwed into the floor using four lag screws (0.95 cm (3/8 inch) diameter x 3.81 cm (1.5 in) length). The lag screws must be installed into a hardwood floor (plywood, Russian plywood or hardwood) to a minimum

depth of 2.54 cm (1in). In the case of a concrete floor, this kind of information will be provided on request. Stage floor The stage floor must be absolutely even (no visible joints) with no slope across its surface. It must be solid and reinforced over all the area where the four legs of the teeterboard will be resting in order to support 210 lb / sq.ft. (10kN/m²). (See plan in Appendix A for position of the teeterboard.) The floor must be a hard surface (wood, linoleum or other similar material). The whole of the stage, including the wings must be absolutely clean and clear. A storage space, about 6m (20 ft) x 3m (10 ft) must be provided to store the empty road cases. Cable protectors are required to cover the wires running on the floor. Lighting (see Appendices C & D): The buyer will provide: 21 Par 64 1000W Medium 21 6-in. Sound: The buyer will provide: A professional sound system powerful enough to cover the hall area (Line Array type). Anticipate potential delays. The system must be in stereo and able to produce 110dB at the facing console without distortion. Front fill to cover the apron. Console with 16 inputs, 2 aux, 4 groups minimum (Makie, Behringer, Soundcraft, Yamaha). 2 x 31 band eq for frontage. 6 compressors (if analog console) 2 good-quality reverb A system of side-fill-type stage monitors All the following microphones: 2 double-receiver Shure U4RD no equivalent 1 wireless DPA 4061 mic (guitar) 4 Shure U4D transmitters mounted in (TA4F) no equivalent 2 active antennas (directional) 1 SM58 wireless handheld microphone 1 SM58 wireless handheld microphone on long pole 4 Di (for the control desks computer and for the computer on stage) 1 CD player 8-channel Sub Snake 2 15-amp circuits backstage (for musician) One sound engineer with experience and good personality The Company will bring 3 Shure Beta 91. They are set up to be connected to transmitters with a (TA4F) connector. The electrical feed for the sound system must be separate from the lighting system. Intercom: We need an intercom system with 5 headsets for communication between the stage, the control desks, and the ushers. MACHINERY The buyer must supply the necessary machinery to: Move the cubic-yard blocks of concrete or other anchors on the stage Focus the lighting and assemble some elevated equipment. All the machinery must be available and operational for the complete duration of the event (installation, performance, dismantling). 3

FRONT OF HOUSE Control desks Theatre The control desks must be located in the front of house, without glass or other screen separating it from the room. Arenas and outdoor shows The control desks must be centered in relation to the stage in order to provide a good overall view of the stage. It must be located on a platform with the following dimensions: Height: 0.60m / 2 ft Width: 4.9m / 16 ft Depth: 2.4m / 8 ft The distance between the control desks and the stage must be approximately 23m 30m / 75 ft -100 ft. A security barrier must protect this location and, a security guard must be on duty at all time. Heating and ventilation The temperature and ventilation must be adjustable at the request of the Company. A temperature between 20 C and 25 C must be maintained stage front during the performance. Cleanup The artists require the stage to be absolutely clean. We also request cleaning every morning of the surrounding spaces, i.e. the first row level with the stage, the wings and the dressing rooms. The team will clean the stage area twice a day. Large garbage cans must be located on either side of the stage and be emptied when necessary. Dressing Rooms A large dressing room for 5 people is required. The dressing room must be provided with mirrors and adequate lighting for makeup, washing towels, chairs, bottled water, coffee, tea, milk, real fruit juice, assorted fresh fruit, cheeses, healthy granola bars, and mixed nuts. The temperature must be kept at a minimum of 20 C. Access to the stage, washroom, and showers from the dressing room must be quick and easy. Wi-Fi Internet access, ice bags, a microwave oven and a first-aid kit are required. Contact information to a reputable massage therapist or a physiotherapist must be provided. The artists require a warmup area. If the dressing room is not large enough, they require additional space. Costumes need to be machine washed, air dried and pressed upon arrival and between performances. The buyer must provide a wardrobe attendant to wash, dry and repair the costumes, as required. All this must be ready when the technical team arrives. 4

Wings 18 small bottles of spring water must be available in the wings during performances (6 stage right, 6 stage left, and 6 behind the backdrop). At least two toilets must be accessible from the wings during performances. Lighting for costume changes in the wings must also be installed: 12 blue-light clips on the sides Four chairs with backs must be installed stage left for costume changes. 2 tables for accessories must be set up, 1 stage left and 1 stage right. TOURING COMPANY For information purposes, the touring company usually consists of: - 5 artists - 1 tour manager (occasionally) - 1 sound technician - 1 lighting technician - 1 technical director The number of technicians provided by the Company can vary depending on the event and must therefore be confirmed on a case-by-case basis. The number of technicians provided by the Company can be increased if the tour rate requires it. EQUIPMENT TRANSPORTATION Truck The loading dock must be clear and fully accessible to the truck and the theatre. If traffic restrictions were to prevent the truck from reaching the theatre, the organizer must take the necessary steps to obtain proper authorization. The buyer must provide at their expense a parking space for the truck for the duration of the stay. Unloading The loading door must measure at least 2m (6 ft 6 in) wide by 2m (6 ft 6 in) high. Contact us if unsure. If there are stairs, access ramps must be provided. 5

SCHEDULE AND LOCAL MANPOWER REQUIREMENTS Preparations (PRIOR to the arrival of the Company Team) In order to be able to give a performance the same day as the Company Team s arrival, the following preparations absolutely must be made by the buyer: Setup 1. Lighting Prehang the sentinel lamps the day before the Company s arrival in strict accordance with the indications in the lighting plan, Appendices C and D. 2. Anchoring Set up the movable anchor points (concrete cubes or filled water tanks) at the locations indicated in Appendix A, the day before the Company s arrival. The equipment required to move them should be kept on site in case they need to be moved. The buyer commits to providing the technical team with a minimum of 6 experienced technicians (NO VOLUNTEERS) with the versatility to install lighting and sound equipment, as well as the show structure from 8:00 AM, and for a minimum of 6-8 hours. This team must include a technician able to ensure a very15-oct-28 efficient light focusing. An exact schedule will be provided to the buyer upon request. The buyer agrees to provide a detailed schedule for the days. Performance day(s) - 1 stage technician familiar with the location and house equipment 2 hours prior to the performance - 1 hour after the performance - 1 wardrobe attendant o First performance: Arrival at the same time as the artists for the setup, duration 2 hours. And after the performance, duration 1.5 hours o Subsequent performances: Arrival 2 hours before the performance, duration 1 hour And after the performance, duration 1.5 hours - Show call 2 hours before the performance - Debriefing artists + technicians: 15 minutes after the performance (45 minutes approx.). Dismantling - 4 technicians for dismantling and loading the truck, 3 hrs approx. Show duration Approx. 90 minutes without interlude Dismantling starts 15 minutes after the end of the last performance. It is imperative that the technical staff be qualified and skilled. They must also be punctual, otherwise, the Company cannot guarantee that the first performance will start on schedule!!! 6

Performance Days Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the performance. Due to the athletic physical preparation of the artists, the start of the performance cannot be delayed by more than 10 minutes, because they must not be allowed to cool down. The artists must be able to train during performance days. Stage preparation and physical warmup start 2.5 hours prior to the performance. CONTRACT In the event the buyer considers one of the clauses in this technical sheet could be an issue, they are asked to contact the Company's technical director as soon as possible (and before signing off on the technical sheet) to discuss their specific situation. The buyer agrees to provide a complete list of sound and lighting equipment available to the Company and its technical team, as well as a stage and ceiling plan of the venue where the performances will take place. Approval by the technical director of the technical sheet provided by the buyer is a key condition to the proper conduct of the show. The buyer agrees to meet all the Company's Technical Director s technical requirements. This technical sheet forms an integral part of the contract signed between the Company and the buyer. Any non-compliance to this technical sheet would be construed as a breach of contract and would compromise our ability to perform on stage.
