Introduction An individual s collection of magazines, pamphlets, pictures, and clippings related to aviation. The collection dates from 1889 to 1980. This collection is a companion to Special Collections and Archives three other aviation ephemera collections, MS-37, MS-205, and MS-226. There are no restrictions to this collection. The Collection is organized into 3 series: Series I: Series II: Series III: Publications Memorabilia Photographs 2
Scope and Content Note The Aviation Ephemera II consists of the following three series: Series I, Publications, includes magazines, pamphlets and brochures. The magazines entitled L Illustration are written in French and the magazines entitled Flugsport are written in German Series II, Memorabilia includes programs to events, stamp collection, flip out book and other souvenir type items. Series III, Photographs, includes aerial shots and airplanes. Within each series the folders are arranged chronological than alphabetical within each given date. 3
